Regardless if Hooker wins or looses it fills with me pride that someone from my high school is headlining a UFC event.

Well that is as close as a fight can get.
Great win for Hooker.

Somehow Aldo is getting the next shot at Cejudo’s Bantamweight title. Fight on 5/19 at 250 in São Paulo.

Yea, they did MM bad for a guy who is one of their greatest fighters ever Aldo is just to draw a crowd as I don't remember his last big win. Also something to give Cejudo more shit to talk and continue to annoy everyone

Aldo is in a losing streak and lost his bantamweight debut, but it's still a match-up that actually is semi interesting in that division, so I don't mind... ' feel bad for the other fighters who deserve the shot though.

Such a boring fights.
Even Bellator doesn't offer anything special right now. Cool for Pitbull to have a great career, etc.
...but give me some of that freak circus at least, so I can get past ANOTHER TITLE REMATCH in UFC.

Well Deiveson Figueiredo missed weight so now only Benavidez is eligible to win the Flyweight Championship tomorrow night. If Figueiredo wins the title remains vacant.

It's dumb because he clearly knew he wasn't going to make weight and just said f*** it. If you have to kill yourself (not literally) to make weight and get smoked in the fight, Dana would have more respect for you because it shows you care and willing to bust your ass even if it hinders you So you lost money, lost your chance at the title and got on the bad side of the guy who makes these decisions

I love to dunk on Dana as much as anyone does, but if you’re a fighter and you agree to a fight you literally have months to get to whatever weight you’ve agreed upon, put the work in to get there. It’s unprofessional.

Well that was one of the worst early stoppages I've still in a long time.

Well that was one of the worst early stoppages I've still in a long time. That stoppage was unbelievably atrocious. I had to double-check to make sure Mario Yamasaki wasn't in the cage.

I almost started crying just seeing how heartbroken Benavidez was. Hell, I still might. That poor guy just keeps missing that last step.

Well that was one of the worst early stoppages I've still in a long time. I kind of get it, because live speed I thought he was knocked goofy and it was good, replay definitely showed otherwise though. Hopefully they book a rematch because that looked to be a good one in the making.
