I find Seth irritating to a point of distraction; he is a much better heel character, although his wrestling style is pure babyface anyway, but he is stale as shit as a heel after that lengthy championship run and being heel after he came back for no f***ing reason.
Finn, on the other hand, is not high-flying enough to make his moveset inherently face-ish, which means he could turn heel without having to completely change his character and wrestling. Plus the Bullet Club is kinda made to be a heel stable, really. I think it would be incredibly refreshing for Finn to be a heel, since they clearly aren't taking him anywhere as a face. I actually think giving him a heel run would allow for a more organic push towards a world title and you can turn him face while he's champ, or even during the buildup to the title match where he wins it.

For a guy that lost the Universal title after only a day holding it, thanks to Seth Rollins by the way, and has never received a rematch for a title he never lost....he seems awfully happy all the time.
Turn him heel. It writes itself.

Both. I say that because there is no doubt in my mind that Rollins is a better heel. For Finn, I think it would freshen him up a bit and as other say.... he has the Anderson and Gallows with him so his Club would be better as a heel.

I'd go with Seth. I think Seth is corny enough as a heel, he's even worse as a babyface.
