I'm surprised at the Graves hate...I like him and always have. No... he is not as good but he reminds me of ventura.

But coach? Holy hell he is awful. At least booker was funny a lot of the time...but coach brings nothing positive to the table.. .and somehow it seems he is getting worse. Last night he was beyond embarrassing.

3 man booths are an awful idea for sure and I don't understand why McMahon like's them. Graves aND Phillips were awesome when it was just him and nxt and I think if it was just him and Cole or Phillips it would be infinitely better.

I try not to read into things, but I feel like Graves calling everything is not a good look. Dude might be getting an ego about it and him shitting on Coach at nearly every chance is hard to listen to.

Commentary is supposed to be the voice/gateway for the fans watching. Why has it devolved into talking over each other and putting shit down? They barely put anything over and really just yuk it up like jackasses.

There's no balance or sense of urgency to any situation. There's a reason why we fondly remember Heenan, Solie, Russell, Prime JR, Monsoon, Ventura. They added to a story. They put over what was going on in the ring. They helped craft a story for us tuning in.

I'm watching New Japan Sakura Genesis right now and the commentary is so much better than WWE it is ridiculous.

They pointed out how Zack Saber Jr countered the Rainmaker lariat into a submission just like Shinsuke Nakamura did the only other time Okada tapped out. That adds so much to the product, and really puts over a possible ZSJ win.

Graves is beyond obnoxious. He just shouts everyone down regardless of what they’re saying. There’s no rapport between any of them. In his heyday, Lawler would make fun of JR, but there was a back-and-forth between the two. Same with Heenan and Gorilla.

Yea, this is the most irritated i've been with Corey since he's been on the main roster

This isn't shut up Saxon/Phillips to make a point. He's actively stepping over and shouting over people so his point is the only one heard. While Coach said some stupid shit last night the back and forth between those two overshadowed the product with Corey looking for every snarky line while Coach is sandbagging Corey and they don't know when to stop

I’m in the Coach is the worst camp. While Cole & Graves can be annoying, Coach is for me extremely hard to listen to. He tries way too hard to throw in competition metaphors that make no sense in wrestling.

I liked Graves last night, but he needed somebody to counter him.

One of the reasons why Ventura-Monsoon worked was that Gorilla could shut down Ventura from time-to-time. With Graves, Cole and Coach aren't going to challenge him on anything, and if they do, they sound like geeks.

Yeah, Coach is a complete chode. The guy has never been good and I cannot figure out what possessed the insane motherf***er who hired him back other than some next level Pazuzu shit. Commentary has been garbage for years now and adding Coach into the fold is like fixing a gunshot wound with a firework.

Vic Joseph and Nigel are my favorite announce team in the whole company and it's not even close. I do like Tom Phillis quite a bit, though. Everyone else can kick rocks.
