Warrior DID beat Hogan and Savage at Back to Back Manias, clean. This....is actually a pretty convincing argument, right here. Hell I don't think Warrior ever lost without help. Rude beat him via Heenan, Slaughter beat him via Savage bashing his head with the scepter.....and that's it.

It's either him or Andre kayfabe wise in the wwe. Which begs the question, how would a match featuring 1970s Andre vs. modern day Lesnar be booked? Depends on how much Lesnar is paid, and if he decides to give a shit.

Granted, he got himself disqualified a hell of a lot, but Piper was nigh unbeatable in his day.

Rude beat him via Heenan, Slaughter beat him via Savage bashing his head with the scepter.....and that's it. I think you are right about Warrior never losing clean once he became the Ultimate Warrior. The only other losses I can think of are a cage match to Macho Man - where Savage only won because Warrior knocked him off the cage to the floor - and the Hogan match in WCW which was because of run ins. Even in the Royal Rumble 90 his Elimination by Hogan was not deliberate. Has a strong case, but I think as said in the original post, Brock Lesnar’s resume is pretty untouchable when you look at the list - basically a who’s who of WWE since 2002. Austin is the most significant absentee - and as has been said - he would also be on the list but for Austin’s 2002 walk out.

I know Warrior often wins this argument but I guess I’ve just never enjoyed his cartoony shtick and the fact he couldn’t wrestle.

I think Ultimate Warrior is the answer for sure. Only guy to beat prime Hogan clean and never lost a match clean in his career.
Compelling case could be made from prime 1992-94 Yokozuna - cheated to beat Hogan, but dominated him and kicked out off the leg drop, outright squashed Randy Savage on several occasions, was one of the only guys ever to be able to be presented as the physical equal of the original deadman Undertaker (along with Warrior), and only lost matches because he'd make some mistake.

Vader's time in WCW (until the time Hogan showed up) fares well against Lesnar.

Undertaker would be in the discussion if he didn’t fall so easily to the Stone Cold Stunner. Austin always had his number from 1998 on.
Lesnar always had his number too.

Please add Batista and Austin to the list.
That would be grand if he got to face them in one on one action.

Warrior is the correct answer. Thing is I really hate noselling like that. At least at rumble 2015 when Cena and Rollins kept hitting finishers on Brock and he kept getting up he was staggering all about the place dazed like a wounded animal.

Warrior and Brock would instead be best friends.

You could hit Prime Hogan with an literal tank, he'd hulk up; so no. Hell Macho Man once did his finisher to Hogan... to wake Hogan up after a beatdown...

And Brock’s loss to HHH was still very unnecessary

I say Warrior.
Has Lesnar ever knocked out cold someone of the stature of Andre the Giant in 4 clotheslines flat like in the Survivor Series 89 main event?
Lesnar struggled to KO an aged Hulk Hogan and didn't dominate when he broke the streak belonging to a man who had been doing it for 20 years +.
Could Lesnar stand toe to toe with prime Hogan or a young Undertaker when he struggled to defeat their older selves?

Also, if you consider anything that's been televised as cannon, as I do, then Warrior has a sub one minute one-on-one win over Andre (aired on MSG Network) and a sub two minute win over the Macho Man (on Coliseum Video). I think he even pinned Earthquake clean on a Coliseum Video in 1991. Hogan didn't even do that.
