Brock has defeated:
Undertaker (multiple times)
John Cena
HHH (though probably his toughest opponent to beat, weirdly)
Punk (with help from heyman)
Goldberg (past prime)
Hogan (past prime)
Flair (past prime)
Rock
Randy Orton
Big Show
Angle
Roman Reigns
Braun Strowman
Samoa Joe
Dean Ambrose
Seth Rollins (though via DQ when taker interrupted)
Kane (triple threat)
AJ Styles
That is a ridiculous resume.

I guess it's just kind of weird to me that they decided that the only dude who can go shoulder-to-shoulder with the dude on a consistent basis is Goldberg.
Yeah, he might have dropped a match here or there to Big Show or HHH or an Undertaker who was desperate enough to cheat, but Goldberg has been presented as the only guy who can Get On Brock's Level (and even that's only if Goldberg can keep his energy up long enough to overwhelm Brock, and considering Brock usually won't go longer than 8 minutes, that's saying something).
I'm tired of his act these days (and I'm not the only one), but Vince has definitely booked him as the most Overpowered dude in 30+ years.

Modern kayfabe. All time kayfabe Andre would have destroyed him. Ditto Hogan.

It's either him or Andre kayfabe wise in the wwe.

And to think, Austin should be on that list.

He never got his win back from Eddie?

Cena could probably match him "resume-wise". Making Sabu tap is worth beating the entire Shield in my book.

Is he a bad enough dude to rescue the President?

Is he a bad enough dude to rescue the President? Nope. That's Bobby Lashley.

It's either him or Andre kayfabe wise in the wwe. Which begs the question, how would a match featuring 1970s Andre vs. modern day Lesnar be booked?

You could hit Prime Hogan with an literal tank, he'd hulk up; so no.

His competition is obviously
Andre Prime Hogan Warrior Goldberg Steve Austin Cena (before he kayfabe fell off a cliff ability wise and kept losing all of the time once he hit forty)

Warrior DID beat Hogan and Savage at Back to Back Manias, clean. This....is actually a pretty convincing argument, right here.
