1. San Diego Chargers - San Diego was at the right place at the right time in the #3 position as they watched both the Ravens and Colts get beaten.
2. Chicago Bears - Lovee Smith said it best to all the critics of Rex Grossman when he explained the record of 10 - 2 with him.
3. Indianapolis Colts - Afte a close call in their last encounter, Indianapolis was not so lucky this time as they lost to the Titans.
4. New England Patriots - The Patriots struggled by still won against the Lions. This is the Patriots normal MO so no style points are taken away.
5. Baltimore Ravens - The Ravens fell this week against the Bengals and lost the oppurtunity to become #1.
6. Seattle Seahawks - Seattle beat up Denver to regain their spot as the second best team in the NFC.
7. New Orleans Saints - New Orleans remains where they are by clobbering the Niners.
8. Dallas Cowboys - Now before all you Romosexuals go ape crazy, I want to say that you barely beat a depleted Giants team. You can however, move up next week by beating New Orleans and their better QB, Drew Brees.
9. Cincinnati Bengals - The Bengals pulled a huge upset on the Ravens to keep their hopes of winning the AFC North alive.
10. Jacksonville Jaguars - They did show up this week as they beat the Miami Dolphins.
11. New York Jets - The Jets kept their playoff hopes alive by annihalating the Green Bay Packers.
12. Kansas City Chiefs - The Chiefs lost to a backup QB and that backup QB was from the Browns so they fall down.
13. Denver Broncos - Despite what Ron Jaworski says, Jay Cutler is not the next John Elway.
14. New York Giants - Even though they were beaten, the Giants proved they could hang in there with the best in the NFC.
15. Philadelphia Eagles - Jeff Garcia may no longer be able to be a starting QB, but he can still play backup very well.
16. Atlanta Falcons - The Falcons woke up from their long nap and beat the Washington Redskins.
17. Carolina Panthers - The Panthers have proven to be a bust this year and will need some help to make the playoffs.
18. Pittsburgh Steelers - The Steelers won the turnover battle against the Buccaneers and move up for that.
19. Buffalo Bills - Buffalo was beaten by San Diego, but because it wasnt by alot, they dont fall very far.
20. Miami Dolphins - The Dolphins' comeback came to an end courtesy of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
21. Tennessee Titans - The Titans pulled off a huge upset against the Colts and move up in the rankings.
22. St. Louis Rams - St. Louis really stunk against the Arizona Cardinals.
23. San Francisco 49ers - San Francisco is back to basic reality as they lose badly to the New Orleans Saints.
24. Minnesota Vikings - Minnesota played an extremely horrible game against the Bears.
25. Cleveland Browns - Backup QB Derek Anderson was able to push his Browns past the Kansas City Chiefs.
26. Houston Texans - The Texans beat down the Raiders in a game that may have determined the worst in the AFC.
27. Green Bay Packers - The Packers allowed the Jets to come into their house and beat them down so they drop.
28. Washington Redskins - All that puppy love for Jason Campbell ended in the second half as he was beaten by the defense of the Atlanta Falcons.
29. Arizona Cardinals - In beating up the Rams, the Cardinals show potential for next year.
30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - In a game of turnovers, the Buccaneers lost.
31. Oakland Raiders - The Raiders could not beat the Texans and they are back to being the second worst team in the NFL.
