I have no problem with Spotify's action itself, as it deals solely with the promotion of the artists and their music and does not actually pull their music from the site. I do, however, take issue with Spotify's decision to start with two Black artists, one of whom was equally acquitted of the only crime to which he's ever been charged. I also take issue with the first response in this thread mentioning a hope for Spotify to follow suit by pulling yet another Black artist. I said Chris Brown because he's probably one of the most public shit heels in music, the fact that he is a black artist has nothing to do with it. Not even needing to go back to the Rhianna beating where he beat her so bad she had to be rushed to the emergency room. As little as like a month ago he was breaking a restraining order against an ex-girlfriend. He has constantly been in trouble for being a violent unremorseful asshat. Want to lump John Lennon into not officiated spotify list go ahead, he was rather unapologetically spousal abuser too... (granted in the Spotify edited lists let's be real which one of those two are going to be more likely to come up.)

You followed up on the initial two Black artists by calling for the head of another. For the record, I despise Chris Brown. I think the only reason he still as a career is because he beat the shit out of Rihanna and not Taylor Swift.
