On screen I think that he was Hogan's spy and infatuated with his own ass, his finisher was the High Knee (heine).

Off screen Sullivan and Jimmy Hart in shoots said that everytime Brutus f***ed up, Hogan just gave him a new gimmick.

Another funny/sad Hogan story from Sullivan regarding the Uncensored cage of doom match. Sullivan originally planned for Luger to turn on the Dungeon at the beginning completing his tweener angle and going full face to help even the odds for Hogan and Savage. But that didn’t work for someone, brother. Hogan also wanted Pillman in the match but he refused.

I don't think that they're finished for good. Stuart is going through some personal stuff at the moment and therefore taking a break after the main timeline was finished.
