I've lost weight, with my thyroid medicine, and also trying to clean the house. DDP Yoga would probably kick my ass more, lol

Today was the longest I’ve used it for far.
Went from Diamond Dozen on disk 1 to the Fat Burner workout on disk 2.
I am a sweaty mess, but I feel good about myself for managing it.

I'm doing RedHot Core every day. I feel it more in my upper thighs than my core, but the time flies by, so I'm going to keep doing it.
Maybe include the Stand Up once and week, combined with a kickboxing workout at 9Round and I'll be in shape at some point.

Well, Stand Up may as well have been called fall down.
Man, that workout kicked my ass.
I’m starting to wish I knew what my weight was when I started doing this, so I would know how I’m progressing.

I actually might consider this. My right knee is in really bad shape at the moment and I need to drop about ten kilos to get to a healthier weight.

A week in as my legs get used to it I notice I'm already a bit more flexible and actually feeling it in my core as opposed to legs now.

I got the 2.0 DVDs yesterday, did the Diamond Cutter and it's even more intense than the original version.

So, I was bad and ended up not doing any the past two days, so I decided to really push myself by doing the most I’ve ever done at once to make up for what I’ve missed.
I did Energy, followed by Stand Up, followed by Red Hot Core.
