After years of hearing how good and effective it is (including from people on here) and wanting to try it for myself... I finally just placed my order.
There's a discount sale for Father’s Day going on, so I saved 20%, which is nice, too.

I'd say follow the calendar guide when you get it about which exercises to do when, and follow the nutrition guide too for ridiculously fast results.

It's outstanding. I lost almost 80lbs in six months when I picked it up a couple of years ago.

I have the DVD set, but I just haven't gotten the will to actually stick to it.

My problem is not having enough room all the time to do it. I usually have to move stuff to have room and sometimes I don't feel like moving stuff. Definitely a good work out though, for as low impact as it is, I can work up quite a sweat.

I did it for a week and f***ed up my back really bad.
I hope it works for you though.

I recently got back into it and I plan to actually stick with it this time. Only been doing a month but I've already started to see results.

I did it for a decent amount of time, and while I physically felt better, I didn't see any significant weight loss from it. Everyone is different, of course, so don't get discouraged. Good luck!

My problem is lack of time. I own it, my wife and I did a run-through watch of it. But I work 12 hour days. Wake up at 4:30am to prepare to leave an hour later. I get home at 6:30pm. By then, I just want to eat dinner and relax. By 9, I'm ready for bed.

I've been contemplating it because as someone with Bethlem's myopathy I need to do something. I just don't have a lot of money and questionable willpower.

Whereas not DDP yoga, I adhered to an exercise programme by forcing myself to sleep at 10pm, having dedicated 9 to 10 pm for exercise. It was hard at first, but conditioned myself into it and feel alot more energetic through the day, even with an hour's less sleep, which you don't miss. I don't have specific weight loss or fitness goals, but just do enough to keep the blood flowing and get a sweat on. Incidentally, Triple H and Steph are my inspiration, as they fit in time for midnight workouts and operating on five hours sleep in between busy jobs and being parents after work.

I found an individual disk on eBay for $10 so I'd thought I'd try it. It has Wake Up, Stand Up, Red Hot Core, and Strength Builder.
Excited to give it a shot.

The set arrived last night.
This morning I did the Breathing, Wake Up, and about half of Beginner Beginner because I had to stop to get ready for work.
I went with Beginner Beginner because it’s been far too long since I did any exercise, and thought that would help ease me into it.
I played sports from the time I was 5 years old all up through high school. I have never sweat as much as I did during the Beginner Beginner.
Really feeling it in my legs, already thanks to those lunges and knee drops.

I think I might have to get an actual Yoga Mat for this.
I just did the Red Hot Core workout on disk 1. I think it went about as well as someone doing it for the first time could do.
Also: Hi, Stevie Richards! Wasn’t expecting to see you on these DVDs.

Also: Hi, Stevie Richards! Wasn’t expecting to see you on these DVDs. I just did Red Hot Core... and it wasn't that bad. I couldn't do the leg-stretch/butt balance one without tipping over, but otherwise I didn't feel over my head which was kind of what I was expecting. ---- I also just did Stand Up. Now that kicked my butt. I finished somehow (I took liberties on quite a few of the moves) and was absolutely pouring sweat by the end.
