There is literally no way any who works for WWE or is a wrestling fan wouldn't recognize that grin. This show is either 100% scripted or the employees she will work with are brand new,non wrestling fans and too lazy to google the names of the bosses of their new company

SWERVE! She'll actually be working in the mailroom at Stamford, not on the road with wrestlers, and she fires everyone because HHH isn't mentioned even once.
Seriously, though, Steph looks incredible with that blonde hair.

I know we're joking about it being pretty much the Kylo Ren version of Undercover Boss, but seriously...if I didn't know any better, it's the same damned wig.

So stupid. I mean I can believe that some 12 an hour worker who works for a good size corporation doesn't really know who their CEO is, especially if the company has multiple locations across the nation, bit the idea that anyone who works for WWE doesn't know who Stephanie McMahon is is absurd, even with make up on. Well supposedly, that was one reason why WWE fired Amy Zidian. officialfan.proboards.com/thread/27035/girl-managed-jimmy-wang-yang

I doubt she'll be interacting with any talent. They'd be too familiar with he4 to fall for it. It'll probably revolve around people with behind the scenes jobs. That way, they can use hired actors and nobody would be the wiser.

Stephanie: Oh man, this is great! No one will ever guess it's me with this wig and these glasses. Now to think of a good undercover name! ****** Backstage at a Raw House show, Stephanie, wearing her ingenious disguise, meets with Jamie Noble, who introduced her to Vince. Noble: Goldern Vince! This here is that intern I was telling' ya about! Ms... What was your name again, Ma'am. Stephanie, holding a clipboard and pretending to take notes: Carter. (Giggles) Dixie Carter! Vince, with a big dumb grin: Well, goddamnit pal! That's a fine wrestling name! Reminds me of the late great Dusty Rhodes! I think you'll fit in just right with the WWE Universe! Let's get lunch! My chef makes a mean steak and ketchup wrap! Stephanie shouts "Yes!" and giggles to herself, her disguise working perfectly. Vince and his cunning daughter leave the backstage area, Noble watching them leave. Noble, scratching his chin: Now, if and there's not sumthin' familiar about that lady. Triple H walks up to Noble and watches Vince and Stephanie leave. Triple H can't take his eyes off of Stephanie. Triple H: Noble! Tell-uh Ms. Carter-uh that I'm going over later!

I've never seen the show, but I love the thought of Stephanie acting like she just pulled off the greatest disguise ever as Bethany while everyone pretends they didn't know it was her.

While in disguise Steph should hit on HHH to test his loyalty.

So, I watched most of it. Here's what went down.
Steph didn't interact with any WWE employees. This Celebrity Undercover Boss seasons is about people who are fans of the celebrity getting a chance to be given back to for their dedication.
Steph went undercover as a journalist trying to find out what makes wrestling so popular. First person she meets is an Indy guy in Florida, who also teaches gymnastics. He's openly gay and grew up without a father figure, relying on his mother and now he wants to do well by her. He's athletic and an all around good guy.
Second person is a photographer, who takes on Steph as an assistant for the day. He lost his leg and finger tips and thought about suicide, but the WWE and the joy wrestling brought him pulled him out. Now he does ringside photos for local Indies.
Third is a family. Young boy is the fan, he sells wrestling items in auctions at his family restaurant to raise cash for pediatric cancer. Family is just scrapping by.
Then, big reveal, everyone goes to the Performance Center, as the episode is in Orlando. Steph gets in the ring, takes a bump off Big Show and reveals she's Steph.
Sit down time with gifts for the people who got picked. First guy gets hired as a Be A Star ambassador, gets a one-on-one mentoring session with Kurt Angle, and $25k to put down on a house for he and his mom. Second guy, gets chance to take ringside photos at Tribute To The Troops, 10k for new photo equipment, and an interview with Creative, and now he actually works as a ringside photo guy for the WWE. Family gets merch for the kid to sell and give to kids in hospitals, Steph doubles the donation from the kid to 10k, 25k for bills, and a backstage experience for the kid to meet the SDL roster.
In all, it was nice. Probably staged in parts, but nice.

Yeah, I'm not sure if the NXT people knew or not, but Jeff Hardy and Big Show were absolutely in on it. I'm guessing not meeting people under her employ made it a lot easier to her to be incognito but she thought her voice, even with a put-on southern accent, would give her identity away.
Anyone recognize the two dudes that the photographer was taking pictures of?

Who cares if it's scripted or if you could recognize Stephanie, it was an amazing show. Though she plays a heel on TV, Stephanie McMahon is a hero in real life. I never watched an episode of Undercover Boss, until tonight and what Stephanie did made me cry. And it's 100% legit. I'm friends with the photographer, Steven Wright and he was shocked to find out what happened.

My big takeaway from this episode.
Vince is Stephs hero. Did you know that? Vince is her biggest hero.
(She only says so about 90 times)
