Spurs win their 9th in a row beating Golden State, and have also beaten the Bucks, Nuggets and Blazers during this run. Derrick White is the latest "who the f*** is this guy?" random stud found by the Spurs. I'm feeling good! Watch the sports shows continue to talk about LeBron and ignore that San Antonio is, as of right now, the 5th seed in the West and stepping on the heels of the Blazers and the 4th seed.

They was just looking bad during that rodeo trip and is now back on task Derrick White having a breakthrough year after spending most of last year in Austin, DeMar DeRozan adapting to the Spurs scheme, LaMarcus Aldridge keeping up high caliber performances and the Bertans/Mills/Belinelli/Poeltl combos being reliable coming off the bench have kept San Antonio in a dogfight with the Clippers and the Jazz for most of the season. San Antonio being ahead of the pack with Portland and OKC being sucked into this vortex of mayhem is quite impressive.

I don’t think Spurs can beat Utah, OKC, Warriors, Denver but it wouldn’t be farfetched to see them challenge those teams hard Are the Spurs on the downslope? Maybe but they do a great of fixing shit within. Can’t count out Spurs until they actually f*** up. It’s goint be a sad day when pop retires

If KD wins two more rings is he the best player of the decade, or joining the Dubs invalidates it?

If KD wins two more rings is he the best player of the decade, or joining the Dubs invalidates it? Depends. If he wins those 2 rings with the Dubs then it's really possible Curry outranks him thanks to being the most prolific shooter in NBA history
However, if he does a LeBron and win a ring elsewhere like a Knicks, Clippers etc.... then he will get the edge

Since it's somewhat NBA related, here's a rant I posted on Facebook:
Congratulations, Sioux Falls Skyforce! You are officially a LOLcow. You start the season going 10-2, only to go 13-22 in the rest of the season, with a 10-game losing streak currently, and a 1-14 record in the last 15 games.
Fortunately, you won't have to worry about getting stomped in the playoffs, because you were eliminated from the playoffs a few games ago. I would think you were tanking for draft picks, but I don't believe there is a draft for the G-League.
Later, I found out that the G-League has a draft, but my point still stands.

But he became the man in post season these last couple of years, and in the finals if anything he made it sure that they were a sweep.

Oh yeah there is no doubt about that but unlike Miami where Wade took a backseat to LeBron but still had the edge ring count, Curry isn't really giving Durant anything, it's a partnership. In a sense, they kind of subtract from each other but Curry still has the slight edge because Durant joined him, not the other way around
If Durant has more performances in the finals like he did the last 2 years then you most likely can't deny him

So Doc Rivers confirms he has agreed to an extension with the Clippers. Sounds like that was a bit of a blow to the Lakers

I truly think no "legendary coach" like Pop or Rivers wants to coach LeBron on an NBA team
The olympics is fine but the NBA nah

KD is the better offensive player rn, but he benefits more from being in GS than GS benefits from having him. That's the one team where you can't focus your defense on KD, because their ball movement leads to open threes by ungodly shooters or uncontested finishes at the rim. KD in OKC always let the big moments get the best of him, but GS is basically a no pressure situation. If he goes to NY, which I don't think he does the media makes all that shit up, but I think the bright lights and defensive keying comes back and he's not the same guy. Where as Curry is the same guy anywhere, his game is not dependent on anything or anyone (other than screens). That, to me, makes Curry the better overall player.

I'm legit depressed right now. We blow a 28 point lead in the 2nd half and D-Lo went absolutely bonkers! The Nets have all the heart and I give them all the credit!
The Scores is dead and the Kangz is here.

If I’m Pop, I take the doctors who misdiagnosed Kawhi and I have them buried in the desert. What a f*** up.
