I always like the Punisher blasting off Wolverines face with a shotgun, then running him over with a Steamroller.

I liked it recently when Frank and a criminal were in the ocean together (I don't know if Frank knew he was a criminal by this point because he was talking to him somewhat friendly), thrown out of a boat by some crime lord, and the criminal is scared to death because a giant shark is swimming around. He also has a leg or arm or something blown off, so the water is getting really bloody. He starts bargining with Frank not knowing who he is, telling him he'll get him any kind of money, drugs, favours, etc etc he wants. Frank just pretty much says "So your a criminal huh?" and the guy is all like "Yeah I'm hard, my name's (something I can't remember)" and goes on and on. The whole time the shark is getting closer and closer and more vicious then Frank just says "Hello (whatever his name was), I'm the Punisher," and goes on to throw the guy in the shark's mouth and swim away while the crime boss is distracted and the shark is eating. Spewing blood and bones and screaming and everything follow.

There's TONS of great Punisher moments by Garth Ennis (like the scene from the movie where he picks up the knife, then puts it down and grabs the blade from a paper cutter), but this one is one I'd open a movie with (if I could):
Frank lets himself get "captured" by a punk and taken to his boss (actually, Frank had inciminating pics of the punk and his boss' girlfriend, including the money shot). Frank escapes, kills all of them except for the punk. The punk goes ntus, kicking the bodies, shouting "I'm runnin' [the business] now! I got your connections! I got your product! I'm gonna go f*** your bitch right now..." and turns and sees Frank staring at him. "I mean... I'ma go get me a job. Leave all this criminal bull behind me. I'm'a go straight..."
Frank says "Well... Just in case." and blows him away.

Garth's first comic
preacher
jesse is driving down the road, listening to the radio, and there is the typical militant feminist and male chauvinst pig arguing. so he calls in and uses "the voice" to command them to tell the audience what they really want in life
the feminist goes on and on about how she wants a guys junk in the worst way to get her to climax like never before. it goes on for a quarter page.
and then they look at the male chauvinist pig, and he looks down and says he wants a guys junk as well.
hilarious
then there is the russian, whose head is attached to a chicks body.

All of these are great....but I've got to nominate The DareDevil/Punisher face-off..... God, I love the Punisher. I hope they end up doing a sequel to the Tom Jane movie. Twasn't a bad flick.
