Both shows have antromophic animals as the main characters, but the rest of the world is human. So if that is not the same world I don't know what is?

We do know that Duckman is part of the Simpson's universe, though... Homer was in the one episode where Duckman and Cornfed investigated that haunted mansion.
It's all connected anyways, Tommy Westphall and all that...
