Anyone else think it makes the roster look like jobbers? You telling me all those muscle bound guys can't hold back two large guys. I understand the majority were jobbers but some were big names and looked weak IMO.

Balor and Corbin really should have been above that. That made them look like shit especially Balor.

If you're a wrestler, then you should hope that you are never involved in being in the mob that comes out to pull apart the two guys, because if you are part of the rabble that fails to keep apart the two guys, it shows that you are just a dude.

Was cool the first time they did it with Brock and Cena. Every time after it just looks stupid. Why do random wrestlers care that Lashley and Roman are brawling? Especially heels.

Who cares? I love it. It makes everything seem real. Even though they do the same thing every time, I think it's cool. And it doesn't matter if the main event guys aren't involved and it's the undercard guys. Maybe the rest of the guys were in the bathroom at the time and the guys that came out were the only ones available when Kurt Angle asked for help.

Should be a bunch of referees instead.

It does make the roster look weak, but on the other hand it's better than a 20 min promo.

I liked it. Finn even got a cheap shot on Corbin to remind everyone of their feud.

This is one of those things where... well, I just don’t think it factors into the mindset of the average fan. I mean, are fans of Finn Balor now really going to be thinking “Well, I WAS going to cheer for him really loud during his match tonight, but I saw him on RAW failing to keep Roman Reigns from fighting Bobby Lashley, so I’m just going to sit here silently instead”?

Maybe it won’t make someone not cheer for them but on the flipside why use talent for it at all? It just doesn’t make sense. Just get some faceless security guys out there and/or refs like someone else suggested. It was a cool “whoa!” moment the first time they did it but like most other things WWE can’t figure out how to convey that moment again without doing it the exact same way every time.

I like when they used to send the old timers like Patterson, Tony Garea, and Rene Goulet out there to try to break stuff up.

I like how when two guys who hate eachother are fighting the locker room cares enough to be all "nah" but when someone unjustly attacks someome else from behind and just continues to beat em down those same dudes don't bother lifting a finger.

It's definitely been overdone at this point but I don't think it makes anyone look bad or anything like that. Like, no one is gonna remember in 2 months that Balor was out there for that.

I dislike it more because it's used a bit too often for my taste; this should be something pulled out every few years for a really big match, using it for Roman/Lashley at Extreme Rules feels like the opposite of that. Sort of like when they do the break-the-ring spot; if it's used very sparingly it's the coolest thing in the world, when they did it last year with Braun in April and November, it ran into somewhat diminishing returns for me.

It only really worked when they did it for Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker, because those guys have been basically booked as superheroes. It's believable that they could give the whole roster a hard time holding them back. But, leave it to WWE to take something cool and run it into the ground until you're sick of it. If they were your parents, they'd make you eat chocolate until you vomited and would continue to feed it to you.

I don't think it hurts Balor so much to be out there, especially since Corbin was out there and it gave us the opportunity of seeing the cheap shot (which was a clever touch, I thought.) It would probably be better if _everybody_ made it out there, including Seth, Dolph and Drew, as well as Braun, and the major tag teams. Having the roster come out vs. just referees does make things seem a little more chaotic and can open up side spots, but you really want _all_ the side spots represented.
Wasn't Bobby Roode out there as well?
