WWE scheduling in general this year seems like it has been brutal

How these dudes function let alone do what they do on this schedule boggles my mind.

There is no way the potential gains from running a schedule this f***ing intense can be worth the wear and tear that comes with it.

That schedule is pretty brutal, but part of it is going to comic-con. Is he representing the WWE there or is he going for fun?

I mean for a guy like Kofi who's probably more than likely raking in good money in merch from New Day Sales and I assume his contract in general is decent for how long he's been there
For the "other guys" who aren't used like that and make their base salary, maybe not

Guys like him and Cena and The Rock make me absolutely convinced they have secret clones.

Oh I don't even mean from a personal standpoint; I mean the company on the whole working its wrestlers to the f***ing bone like this, where seemingly everyone is working hurt or out on injury, while live event attendance and event merch sales are both down. Running this many shows is burning dudes out and the style they're expected to work nowadays only makes it worse.

Gotta be nice to be an employee with no medical/dental/retirement since the company can get away with it, while doing an insane travel schedule that destroys your body, just so you can show up to work everyday and do whatever a 70 year old man wants you to do.
Seriously, people hate Brock, but he’s the smartest dude in the industry. Possibly ever.

I mentioned in the OP that it seems WWE has been on a bender this year with how much they've worked their guys
Their travel schedule is insane and you expect guys to put on barn burner matches every night. It's no surprise why every time you turn around guys are injured or working hurt

Could be worse could be the 80's one that one even made Funk quit Yea, 80s were brutal.
TNA and WCW were at least smart enough to appeal to guys about a lesser work load because they knew they can poach guys who still wanted to wrestle but didn't want to do all that traveling
Sure, WWE has conceded in a way with giving out part time contract but the full time guys still got a lot of time on the road

Nothing beats the awfulness around the Saudi Arabia tour. I think some of them did stuff in Africa, then the States, then Saudi Arabia, then back to the States/Canada, then had a European tour.
Even the NXT guys had some brutal schedule stuff going on around the time of the European tour where jetlag must've been annoying.

Seriously, people hate Brock, but he’s the smartest dude in the industry. Possibly ever. I don't know about smartest, but he's mixed common sense with incredible good fortune. The common sense is working as little as possible for the most money possible, but if he didn't have the stroke gained from making it in UFC he'd either still be out of the business, or working the same schedule as everybody else.

There's no way in hell I'd be able to handle a WWE schedule. I've always wanted to travel the country and world, but after about 6 months with the company I'd probably say, "f*** traveling." lol

On the bright side, I imagine none of these men and women have to pay for a flight for a LONG time after they retire. Their frequent flyer miles must be insane.

It’s a lot, but most of the car trips are 90 minutes or less with a a couple of ones that are like 3 hours. Have to figure that Kofi is riding/switching up driving duties with Big E, and/or Xavier too, so it’s not completely terrible.

Eh...to put into perspective: Portland > Manchester - ~100 miles, 2 hours Manchester > Boston - ~60 miles, 1 hour Boston > Catskill - 180~ miles, 3 hours Catskill > Dryden - ~160 miles, 2 1/2 hours I mean sure...I have worked in the past where I had a one-way 3 hour commute (thanks Bay Area for your terrible traffic), but it's one that I absolutely found unbearable after only 6 months of doing it. It's certainly not impossible to do by any stretch of the imagination, but road fatigue certainly is a thing when you consider they're doing this nonstop for 95% of the year.
