Which lower midcard guy would you give a Jinder like push to

I know most of us would rather forget the surprising super push Jinder Mahal got last year from being a lower midcard guy to suddenly becoming a main eventer, I know the reasons were for the whole India thing and all that but say you guys were in Vince McMahons position & you were gonna shove a rocket up the ass of 2 lower midcard guy's and push em to be main eventers from the current roster who would they be? 

I'd give Zack Ryder a push, he deserves it in my opinion and the way he's been used is shocking .. Just a few years ago he was one of the most over acts on the roster, but how dare he get himself over on his own like he did? WWE really could have profited a lot more out of him if booked better, I'd have him a popular babyface who the crowd loved not so long ago 

Apollo Crews would be the other, I'd ban him from smiling so much and turn him into a monster heel as with his look and moveset he could be a believable contender if the goofy shit he's done in the past gets stopped and is made to act more seriously.

From that list? For a combination of upside, credibility and having the tools to get over with marks and smarks, Chad Gable.

Don't underestimate how many tools Jinder actually had to make this work. Yes, his resume was terrible (I think he had won fewer televised matches in total on WWE TV in his whole career than JBL had the year before he won the title or something) but he's a big guy, with a straightforward, adaptable gimmick. He's serviceable on the mic, and unimpressive but serviceable in the ring. Even to get the WTF Jinder push you still need to have more than what some of these guys have going for them.

Also, please, please don't use that font. It's virtually unreadable. I haven't read your post, only the poll. Here's how I ruled out the others:
Aiden English - His gimmick is entirely reliant on Rusev, so he'd be starting from square one. Plus, can you name a single good match he's had as a singles wrestler? Vaudevillains stuff doesn't count.

Apollo Crews - Great wrestler. No gimmick or personality. Does not have a mouthpiece good enough to get him over.

Curt Hawkins - His entire gimmick is based on losing. I actually think he is one of the ones you COULD make this work for one way or another, I wrote an angle for getting him to beat Brock for the title once on here.

Fandango - Probably has all the tools, but needs a gimmick overhaul. Mahal was a curtain jerker but he at least had a gimmick you could scale up. Fandango is 'pervert who dances.' Not saying you can't make that a main event gimmick (God I'd love for a main event Dirty Curty with his creepy van and wearing a leather jacket with no shirt) but that it needs some filling out. Probably another one you could have done it with.

Goldust - When Taker and Triple H and Cena and people are all still wrestling, the last thing we need is Goldust in the main event. Challenging for the strap I'd be happy with, especially as a babyface against a monster heel.

Mike Kanellis - Isn't he pretty well known for basically being a gimmick, with no real wrestling charisma?

Mojo Rawley - You could probably get this done. His matches are definitely not main event quality but that didn't stop them with Mahal.

No Way Jose - Again probably has all the tools and unlike a lot of guys (including Gable) has a the size.

Titus O'Neil - Great role model, so a good choice for champion in that regard, but despite being eloquent in interviews and writing his promos are a 50/50 mix of good and absolute dick and his matches are a 50/50 mix of bad and dangerous. Definitely not someone to make a champion.

R Truth - Same as with Goldust. Truth is actually main event material if you give him the chance (has been champion in TNA, and that push against Cena worked creatively if not commercially) but he is so old now and we don't need more main eventers of his longevity so far.

Tyler Breeze - I love Tyler, but he is definitely a midcarder.

Shelton Benjamin - You could definitely do it and despite being pretty old too, has been away from WWE for long enough to still be fresh. Definitely has all the tools.

Sin Cara - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Tye Dillinger - You could probably get away with hot-shotting Tye, actually.

Zack Ryder - I think his time has passed, honestly.

Tyler Breeze for the IC Title, and Chad Gable as as challenger for him. Once th Universal Title is around those are the kind of guys that should be fighting for the IC Title.

I picked Shelton but I think there is a problem with the list, Jinder was never a lower midcard guy, he was a career jobber who even lost to El Torito.

It would've been like giving the belt to Barry f***ing Horowitz or Funaki.

Really wish they’d Mikey Whipwreck Curt Hawkins. He doesn’t have to become world champion but I feel like there’s mileage in a redemption story for him, and a push to the upper mid card at least on a short term basis.

I mean, a BIG PUSH I'd give to Goldust (he's proven he can still go every time he's given a chance; they just never stick with it) either as cranky old asshole heel or as Rocky Balboa style aging underdog with one last chance.
Or Apollo Crews, who is still really good in the ring; he just needs a damn character and a reason to be fighting.


But the Fashion Police, Gable/Benjamin, Dillinger, and English all need wayyyyyyyyy more to do. English especially has hella charisma (he does not NEARLY get enough credit for his role in making Rusev Day so successful) and is very versatile.

Give Fandango back his shirtless leather jacket look when he returns, drop the dancer for full blown chloroform creeper gimmick.

Heel R-Truth should happen again. Dude still looks phenomenal, but his "WHATS UP" rapping face thing has been played out since the second he returned so many years ago.

Funny enough the two guys leading the poll are two guys at the bottom of my list. I don't know what it is about Gable, but he annoys the hell out of me and I just want him off the TV. Breeze is exactly where he belongs as low card comedy fodder.
