I had never heard of this song until it showed up in an episode of Eureka about eight years ago.
I have nothing more to say about it.

Thomas Dolby is one of those guys who should have had a string of hits, but it never quite materialised for whatever reason. Hyperactive was as catchy and quirky but never quite caught on, Europa and the Pirate twins, Airhead and May the cube be with you were also fun slices of eighties cheese.
He also did the magnificent soundtrack to Howard the Duck, and for that I will be forever grateful.

I'm actually a bigger fan of his more mellow stuff like "Close But No Cigar", "I Love You, Goodbye" or "The Flat Earth".
Glad he's had so much success in everything else he's done.

These are my favorite things that Todd does, so this will be fun.

I find Hyperactive to be infinitely better than Blinded me with Science in my opinion.

This is one of my most favorite 80's pop songs. I didn't know the guy in the video was a real scientist!
