Andy Reid and the Chiefs want the change to the OT rules so that both teams get a chance at the ball
And then what?

Andy Reid and the Chiefs want the change to the OT rules so that both teams get a chance at the ball And then what? So that every time his team goes to OT, he gets at least one chance to use both his time outs on one offensive possession.

I doubt he’s going to Oakland. I really think they want to rebuild the San a la Patriots and do so without a lot of huge cap hits. Do they currently have a lot of guys on the roster with huge cap hits? Doesn’t look like it. But Cooper and Mack look Ike they’ll be making a combined $40m + going into next year. With them already giving Carr elite QB money they’d be pretty deep with three guys

Overtime should be sudden death. You're paid millions of dollars to get the ball back. Quit crying like a pussy, and stop the other team. If you can't, you deserve to lose. Plain and f***ing simple.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that the Jaguars are expected to sign Nick Foles Congratulations to Jacksonville on winning the AFC South. Signing a journeyman quarterback who pulled a miracle out of his rear end at the end of the 2017 season isn't going to cure all of Jacksonville's woes. That team was a mess last season and they've got many more problems to address. They're already $2.3 million over the salary cap and they need to do a lot more to address an offense that finished 31st in points scored and a league-average run defense. I would say the Colts and Texans are definitely better than the Jaguars and the Titans are probably better than Jacksonville, Foles or no Foles.

Might be hoping to build a more complete team.

Defense should still be legit. Can Fournette saty on the field? Is Dede Westbrook legit? They'll need another WR at the very least. They'll need a lot to work in their favor.

The NFL just needs to go to the NCAA overtime system and be done with it. Maybe adjust it to where at some point a tie can happen

The Mack thing was... odd, but I think there was more to that story than compensation. Cooper had been subpar for a while. He was being paid too much for what he was producing, and I strongly doubt he'd have been moved if he was still lighting it up. They won that trade. They'll obviously be starting a lot of players on rookie contracts the next couple of years, so I still think Brown is a strong possibility. Every team is going to have a few big money contracts, so why not spend some cash to enormously bolster a barren receiving corps? No one really seems to be sure anymore if Carr is the guy, but giving him a top receiver would help to answer that question. If it doesn't work, trade him. I don't think there's a risk of AB falling off too hard in a year or two, barring major injury. His game is about route running and hands. Those guys last a while.

Well, sounds like the Josh Rosen project is done after 1 year as Arizona is actively shopping him around to other teams. Wonder if anybody will take a chance on him.

People in the Redskins media want them to take him as they feel his struggles were because he was on a terrible team and even comparing him to Jared Goff
