Pac/Neville seems like a good candidate for this thread. The Pac/Kevin Steen rematch from PWG's Eight is wonderful for this. *bell rings* Steen: *stares in disbelief* "YOU GOT F***ING HUGE!"

I've shown my girlfriend pics of JBL and Scott Steiner in the 90s and current and she couldn't believe they were the same people. Aside from the haircut I didn’t think JBL ever changed much, but Steiner def deserves the mention. Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw to JBL is a significant change.

80s Hogan and 90s Hogan are considerably different body-wise.

80s Hogan and 90s Hogan are considerably different body-wise. There is a huge difference. Hogan has a lot more bulk and mass in the 80s but not a lot of definition. He's certainly not ripped. 90s however, he has dropped a lot of size but is proper shredded. Did he completely drop the steroids in the 90s, leading to the drop in mass? I'm guessing working a lighter schedule meant more time to train and maybe eat better too.

Silver King. Chubby Cowboy in WCW. Jacked-up Roid Monster in AAA. Don't be fooled by his stocky physique!

I was actually going to post a picture of him with his really long hair but yeah I remember taking a short break from watching indies and then seeing him in Dragon Gate USA and not even recognizing him

Nikita koloff is one. He was huge, got off steroids and grew his hair out. Left then came back jacked again ( not as big as the first time) with his head shaved again.

He'd already cycled off the steroids by his '93 WWF run, but (until the nWo run where he seemed to go back on them) just looked oddly lean in that '94-early '96 period. Particularly in the torso and face, you really notice it.

I can't get pictures for either instance, but compare dorky Kenny Omega from that falls count anywhere match, to "if the guy from Sisters of Mercy lived above a gym" Kenny from when he won the title.

Bubba Ray Dudley - from a chunky bespectacled guy to an absolute unit with calves you could grate cheese on.

Hogan's body changes quite a bit in the late 80s (movies, having kids, being off the road for same) then back to bulky Hulky in 91 to 92, then back to lean mean burying machine in 93 and then well you covered the rest. His facial hair seemed to change about every other month too.
