In this thread we list off wrestlers who underwent some form of transformation during their careers. The kind where you could have a 'before & after' picture and still barely recognize them as the same person. Doesn't matter what brought on the change, whether they gained or lost a ton of weight or muscle, changed their hair//outfits/etc, got plastic surgery, or maybe got really haggard from a combination of age, drugs, alcohol and a life on the road.
I feel like Scott Steiner is probably the most obvious answer: going from the dark mullet-headed pretty-boy with an acceptable level of muscle to the roided up genetic freak with short blonde hair and goatee in the span of less than three years.
Chyna could probably be given two, first through several plastic surgeries taking her from 1997 Chyna to 2000 Chyna, and then again when heavy drug use left her looking like she did several years after leaving WWE and getting into porn.
Got anyone better?

I’ve mentioned this before but The Disciple in WCW looked so different to his previous personas, it took me a while to realise it was Ed Leslie.
Eddie Guerrero was ridiculously jacked in 2004/05. Randy Savage’s return in 1999. He looked like the Michelin Man as he was so pumped up.

No shit, I genuinely don't think I picked up on the fact that The Disciple was Beefcake until a year after the fact.

Sami Callahan from being a fat guy to a reasonably athletic looking individual.
Brian Cage from a cruiserweight to a mini-hulk.

I sometimes think they only reason anybody picked up on it quickly was because of Warrior's "He must be your barber!" line.

I've shown my girlfriend pics of JBL and Scott Steiner in the 90s and current and she couldn't believe they were the same people.

I think with JBL I was so used to seeing him with facial hair I was kinda thrown off when he shaved haha

If we're counting post-retirement, Bull Nakano is up there.

Ivan Putski Another one is Captain Lou Albano. If you go watch his WWE tribute video, they will show you a picture of him when he was very young, no beard, short hair, thin and muscular, and minus the Hawaiian shirts and rubber bands.

Oh yeah, I always forget about those ancient pics of "Powerlifter" Kevin Sullivan. That's nutty. How'd he wind up a doughy cultist?
