The WWE has been ransacking the independent promotions everywhere, and with the rumors of Shane Strickland, ACH, Trevor Lee being among the NXT '19 class and the recent signing of WALTER, there is a ton of room for younger independent talent to step up and, hopefully, breakout.
The first guy I'd like to "spread the word on" is Facade.
Facade works mainly out of the eastern US indy territories, but has had a handfull of ROH matches this year and has just had his first tour of Japan with DDT where he was teaming with Jason Kincaid and Sammy Guevara. He's also worked with GCW on Spring Break 2 and LA Confidential.
He's a colorful high flyer who I think is on the verge of breaking out, possibly this year.
Here is a match against Chris Sabin:
He has also worked a match with AJ Styles:
Both took place with REMIX wrestling out of Ohio.
There's quite a few other Facade matches out there on Youtube if you're interested in more, and he's worked with quite a few names.

What I've seen of him is he's very inconsistent. When he's on, he's good. When he's off, he's REALLY off. Like trying to springboard and falling to the floor off.

He can be a Sabu-style botch machine at times, but he's pretty solid overall. Is he still full-time though? Last I heard, he was going to retire and move to India.
If you want a real diamond in the rough, check out his (and DJ Z's) former tag partner, Gory. He looks like a 15 year old in goth makeup, has zero mic skills and is in desperate need bodybuilding coach, but goddamn... The man can work when he's with the right people.

Isn’t this the guy that tried to do a double moonsault and botched it horribly, almost breaking his neck in the process?

Yeah, he's been around quite a while, and has likely already reached his peak. Nice guy though.

For some reason, I love the Neon Ninja moniker. It's just the right amount of corny and cool for me.

I used to see him a lot back when Pro Wrestling Ohio/PRIME had a tv deal, and he was always a really sloppy worker back then. I saw him a couple of times recently on ROH TV, and he hadn’t seemed to improve all that much in the years since.

Huge fan of Facade. I watch him mainly Remix Pro. I find him very underrated. Had s tremendous match in Remix against AJ Styles a few years back.
Would love to see him get a shot with a major company.

I feel like he's been One To Watch for a good few years now.

He can work. No idea how old he is, but if he’s not 40 or something he seems to have a pretty high ceiling.

Dude's been around forever. His problem is inconsistency. Sometimes he's awesome but when he starts screwing up, he screws up the whole time.
