So I'm not a big podcast listener, but I recently came across Jim Cornette's podcast, thought it was good, then read about his racist meltdown, and his producer (Alice Radley?) walking out on him.
Seems like a massive row but I'd never heard of it - what happened to Cornette after that and did his producer just disappear off the face of the earth? I kinda liked her voice and it was good to get a female wrestling fan's perspective.

Seems like it's been taken down. I haven't seen a new episode come out for some time.

I don’t post much, but happened to see this.
Are you asking if Cornette still has a podcast? Or just that episode?
He has two episodes of his podcast up every week (unless something happens ie we had power outages here in Louisville a couple of weeks ago)

Yeah, he's done plenty of stuff since then.
I take it with a major grain of salt, but he's said that her leaving wasn't entirely due to that, but also with respect to not being comfortable with being a public figure, like fans trying to intrude on her private life, but it's also certainly possible he was trying to downplay his own responsibility with his islamophobic shit.
Cornette's cool for going to on some subjects, but I can't imagine sitting through an entire podcast of his, I just end up watching uploaded clips from time to time.

Jim's previous co-host leaving turned out to be the best thing to happen to the show. The podcast improved a billion % when Brian Last replaced her shortly afterwards.

I used to listen to his podcast (in bits & pieces) via the YouTube page that used to post clips of his, which actually worked out a deal with Cornette to do that.
Then suddenly, the YT page disappeared, and last I heard Cornette was really pissed about it and was threatening to sue (I guess meaning the deal worked out had to do with Corny getting a cut of the page's YT monetization).

In the last few months, I've listened to Corny's podcast a lot more than STWW. It's usually under 2 hours, it doesn't overstay it's welcome like some of Prichard's episodes. I think it's pretty good, especially when he goes into these deep dives. The one thing I do wish he'd do is watch the current product more, especially NXT.

The drive-thru, where he answers fan questions is a good listen, because it can go in several different directions based on the questions.
The experience is predictable and quite boring,
- 15 minutes of plugs - 15 minutes of Republicans bad, Democrats good, rubble rubble - 30 minute interview with 80’s Memphis rasslin’ personality.

I like both of his shows. Brian is a great host to work with Jim because he'll bring up interesting hypotheticals for them to talk about instead of setting up tired bits and impressions.

New podcasts available through his website and iTunes (newest looks like it's from Nov.30th).
Heard an audio clip of Corny and Brian explaining why the YouTube page was gone. As I understand it, the guy who ran that page wasn't reimbursing Corny for his work, and YT blocked Corny from setting up his own page because of 'copyright infringement'.
Until this is settled, don't expect any new Corny rants on YT anytime soon.

She was grating to listen to.
And she didn't know much about wrestling from earlier than maybe a couple of years prior.
She didn't know Cornette prior to being assigned as his "producer" and co-host. You could tell he didn't really have much desire to interact with her, just his guests.
It was bad.
Sucks a racist rant is what had to happen to put an end to their relationship, but something had to.
Brian Last, who Cornette has known for over 20 years, then took over for her.

The one thing I do wish he'd do is watch the current product more, especially NXT. Disagree. I honestly think the single worst thing Cornette could do before recording a podcast is "watch the current product." He doesn't enjoy it, so it would only fuel more negativity. I would much rather listen to him fondly discussing periods in wrestling he enjoyed with guests he worked with during his heyday.

Seems like it's been taken down. I haven't seen a new episode come out for some time. He stopped doing them with MLW and started putting them out on his own a few months ago. Seems to have been an amicable parting of ways.

He's reviewed Omega-Okada, stuff like that, one offs. I'd very much like to hear his opinion on Velveteen Dream for example.

I can only find the Arcadia one, which is Brian's site that keeps all the old stuff up but nothing new, or the "JC vs the world" one, with nothing but old stuff from shoots (there's a notice on the About page that specifies it doesn't carry certain content from Corny).
