If you follow CZW, you are probably familiar with Ace Austin, but if you aren't a CZW follower, that's ok I'm here to help! Based out of New Jersey, Ace Austin is 21 years old, got his start in 2015, and essentially has been cutting his teeth in CZW and elsewhere in the eastern half of the US. He is a young, energetic, and athletic guy who is trains in parkour and uses a lot of strikes and fluid technical wrestling. He'll also bust out an assorted array of flipz. I think Austin is on the verge of becoming an indy star in the next year or so. In 2018, he had a handful of matches in Impact, made his debut in AAW, MLW and HoH, has spent time in the Crist brothers' promotion Rockstar Pro, and he even did a squash job on 205Live against the Lucha House Party. There's quite a bit of potential there.

Supposedly he is either signed or will be signing with Impact really soon

Honestly I do like Ace a lot and wish him nothing but success he is another guy trained by DJ Hyde at the CZW Dojo but he gets a good chance to shine at Rockstar Pro which is a very underrated fed that helps give midwest guys exposure

Ace has really impressed me where I've seen him and he has the mold of "super athletic guy who outgrows CZW and goes big time" all over him. I think he's one breakout PWG match away from indie big time.

I really dig that drop toe hold into the the kick to the back, into a low dropkick sequence. That's really slick.

Ace Austin is really good. I'm kinda shocked no one has picked up Tony Deppen yet. Hes a great short guy heel

It's funny. I watch all the promotions the op listed Ace Austin as having competed in, yet I have no recollection of the guy whatsoever. That means he hasn't done anything to either wow me or make me hate him either. I'll try to keep more of an eye out for the dude and pay closer attention to his matches if he's as good as you say.

Looks like a promising talent. That Rockstar Pro video though, really makes you wonder. The ringside cameraman's sole job is to operate the camera and shoot the show. How difficult is it to look at the screen and realize he should wipe the lens? Second "what was he thinking?" question would be for the editor of the footage, who had the option of only using the hard cam and the other ringside camera (which had a clean lens) yet still decided to mix in the terrible one with the two good ones. Just bush league stuff, even for independent wrestling. It doesn't take million dollar production. All it takes is a brain to correct the issue, even on a small scale like this.

Ace Austin is not only really good at professional wrestling but he's a damn fine human being as well. Hell of a talent and 2019 will be a big year for him for sure. Glad to have seen his name pop up here.
