Another thing I've bitched about a lot is how the two shows don't even feel like they're in competition outside of Survivor Series time (and even then, it's not like winning at Survivor Series gets you anything except bragging rights). I want the GMs trying to steal the other show's talent, making trades, etc.

Like, I see the way wrestlers are presented in the yearly WWE video game commercials and I wish that WWE's presentation modeled that a little more, and skew a lot more fantasy based in their presentation than reality based like they try for. YES. So much can be fixed with some better "rules" to their presentation. TNA got a lot of things wrong, but one thing I liked was their backstage vignettes, circa the Hogan era. Not the content--just the visual style. The cameras, the focus, and--most importantly--the acknowledgement that a camera was present. (I could do without the "voyeur" style segments.) So, if it's a "reality" program, then keep the tired-look of "HD cameras" but have guys acknowledge the presence of a camera, or make the cinematography look more like a guy trying to find the right angle, rather than everyone perfectly blocked for their next scene. It can be "gritty" yet "polished" at the same time. Also, stop with the awkward "long reaction shot" to end a segment--no other reality program does that. If it's supposed to be a scripted fantasy program... then go full-on Lucha Underground. Camera cuts, dynamic lighting, cinematic presentation, set pieces that extend beyond "backstage" and "locker room"; let the visual storytellers on WWE's production team do their job and create something interesting to look at. And if they have such a hard-on for that "long reaction shot", then it works really well in this format. This can also go a long way to redefining what the show is supposed to be, rather than this messy, pseudo-sports program/reality TV show/fantasy variety show that it tries to be.

WWE has to finally listen to their damn fans for once, rather than sitting on the Crown Prince's & TV money they really don't deserve.
Two other gripes I have with the program is that the WWE Tag Team Division should have matches with "singles" wrestlers & vice versa, rather than them immiscibly stuck in their own bubble where we see the New Day & The Bar have a million damn matches, which makes me fast forward.
And the same goes for 205 Live. There's no reason why Cedric Alexander & Buddy Murphy & Hideo Itami shouldn't occasionally be mixing it up with the main roster, which pushes guys like Neville away.
