I just watched the McMahon family meeting from last night's Raw. Does anyone else get a weird vibe from Triple H and Shane McMahon being around each other? There is just this awkwardness that I can not shake. It reminded me of when Shane was on that podcast and they asked his thoughts on Triple H and all he'd say was, "He makes my sister happy." I would love to know what they both really think of each other.

yeah I always sense that too.
I assume Shane has disdain for HHH for marrying into the family and "stealing his spot" so to speak. And HHH has disdain for Shane for abandoning the business that is his "birthright", and failing elsewhere before crawling back.

It’s not awkwardness, Shane just can’t see. Shane doesn’t see people, he’s blinded by how much sweat he produces.
Lars sweats more though.

and failing elsewhere before crawling back. Wait, really? He helped bring PPV/VOD to China and is still technically involved with that company.

I believe he basically got forced out of any power or authority with the company due to it losing insane amounts of money. I believe he’s still a board member, but he has little to no actual power.

Ah, well.......this makes total sense of everything. All I could find was "he stepped down as CEO" (in 2013, wow) and "he's still vice-chairman" and that sounded fishy (especially the latter, which could easily come across as a figurehead title more than a meaningful position).
