On one hand, this is good for women's wrestling.
On the other hand, Tessa Blanchard should not be a part of this, since she's irredeemable garbage.

The good: this is a huge jump up from AXS.
The sort of bad: it is syndication which means it will be stuck in some random filler slot during the weekend that is if your local CBS chooses to spend money to buy it and they are building this around Tessa Blanchard.

That’s a pretty good deal all things considered.
Kinda like ROH operates.,
With everything able on streaming it won’t be hard to track down after.
I wonder who else they bring in.

Apparently AJ Lee is onboard in a production role. That’s some real monkey paw shit, her first active role in wrestling since leaving WWE in 2015 is something that is largely putting over Tessa Blanchard.

People wanted AJ back in wrestling but yikes probably did not want it involving Tessa. Monkey Paw in full force. I wonder if this is why Paige has ramped up talk about getting cleared to wrestle etc as her and AJ are close and depending on when her contract is up could see her absoloutley jumping to this.

At that point, WoW will end up being the women's version of MLW when it comes to problematic people. Tessa is a horrible person, and Paige is definitely up there as well, just not Tessa levels (which probably isn't even possible).

Well she has 11 months to rehab her image and call up some of friends that still support her.

Doesn't help that she doubled down on refusing to apologize for her behavior. It's just that WoW really likes Tessa, as I remember Fightful(?) reporting that they actively tried to cover up her bad behavior backstage whenever she worked there.

Yea the fact there is still anyone especially stateside that would even entertain let alone actually work with Tessa does not bode well for this much like the last time they tried this. I wanna give AJ some benefit she has been out of the wrestling sphere for sometime so maybe she is not aware of Tessas issues yet but who knows either way for someone that works with and advocates about mental issues that working with Tessa isn't gonna put her in the best of light sadly.

Correct, they even forced Malia Hosaka to apologize to her when she stood up to her.

Yeah, I think it was Razor who made a tweet as the Tessa stuff was blowing up that said that multiple people had complained about the problem, but management didn't care and did nothing. She didn't name Tessa, but it was obvious she was speaking about Tessa.

They're STILL on the Tessa bullshit? Woof. She was an active detriment to the show even before word of her being a garbage person came out.

I would still bet on Tessa getting another national shot at some point cause well that's wrestling.

Wow was pretty bad all around when it first aired so I'm not having much faith in it coming back

I can completely buy there would be people who'd want to face her in matches, no doubt. But if I were any kind of management? She's shown to be way too much of a headache to enable. Like, if AEW wasn't going to allegedly take Bray to let him have the creative control that goes against how the company works, no chance TK's going to tolerate Tessa's BS. She'd basically be Ivellise but worse.

Well you can either run away from the issues and try to keep their head down or just run head first into the brick wall...guess which one they chose.

Ya know, if WWE didn't lay off a large number of wrestlers during the pandemic this year, I think WoW would have a real shot at winning most disgusting promotional tactic this year at this rate.
