I’m sure they’re very talented. And they aren’t the first NXT call-ups to be screwed over by main roster booking. But, I have to say, the “tag team purists” gimmick doesn’t do a thing for me. It'll really make more sense if they get Cornette as their manager like everyone's wanted for years I mean, Bucks vs Revival w/Cornette is a readymade storyline that would definitely be a seller. I know Cornette is Cornette, but I can't pretend I wouldn't enjoy seeing that play out as an onscreen story.

"Fear?" wwe treats then like nobodies, why would they fear losing then. I was about to say, lmao. They book them like goofs, who gives a f*** if they go? They wouldn’t essentially want someone else to treat them well and make money from the talent WWE loses. Now, the solution would be to book them better and NOT make them want to leave but I’m not a billion dollar entertainment company living off overinflated TV/Country based deals so what do I know?

They’ve been given absolutely nothing. They are very talented wrestlers who could be great with the right booking. Hope they figure out what their best next step is.

Wouldn’t be surprised. Hell, I’d bet they actually get the belts now and still leave at the end of their deals.

If I were WWE, I'd be pretty damn nervous right now. AEW is shaping up to be a big f***ing deal and there's going to be much less incentive to stick around once everything gets going. Na, AEW needs to get some hair on their chest first before they even think they are in WWE stratosphere

If it’s true I don’t blame them a damn bit. Good ol’ out of touch Vinnie Mac took one of the most over acts in NXT and relegated them to jobber status when they should have been running with the belts. Just gonna go ahead and the rest of you who says they’ll end up in AEW. I wonder how Triple H feels about them leaving if it’s true

I think even at their best, The Revival is a great tag team in contrast. An old school heel counterpoint who need faces the audience cares about and really good match structuring to succeed, because good heeling doesn't mean shit without those pieces. They need feuds, good rivals, and big matches. The main roster has given them none of that. I think more than being screwed over by the booking, they just haven't come close to getting the pieces needed for people to see the magic or "get" them.

Putting the belts on the f***ing b team over these guys was an absolute joke.

Now, the solution would be to book them better and NOT make them want to leave but I’m not a billion dollar entertainment company living off overinflated TV/Country based deals so what do I know? It's the same reason Companies like Nickelodeon, CN, Disney and others make you basically sign over all rights to Pilots. Even if they don't get greenlit, they essentially vault them so no one else can make money off of the stuff they gave away and deemed not worth their time. Adventure Time kinda started that advent when it exploded for CN and not Nickelodeon who basically turned it down after producing the first pilot WWE are essentially the same boat of, they'd rather have these guys than give them to another company and help elevate their talent pools. And whether people take AEW seriously or not, with what they're offering as contracts, the benefits, and a possible TV Deal, it would elevate their brand. Not saying they'd compete and threaten WWE, but they'd definitely help that alternative that WWE likes to claim doesn't exist so... yeah, they might be worried a little bit, mainly because again with what AEW is offering, these guys suddenly have another option, if it proves to be sustainable, and even if not, they wanna take a gamble with a high roller because they're not too happy with their current situation in which case I don't blame them In the end, we'll see what happens.

Putting the belts on the f***ing b team over these guys was an absolute joke. I like Bo and Axel but their overness was a flash in the pan. They should have dropped the belts immediate to Revival after they beat Wyatt and Hardy, instead they jobbed to AOP and they sucked even harder.

Can I ask now that we avoid becoming an early 2000's AOL chatroom with endless "X is going to AEW, I know my uncle works there" type of posts. (Small note: Yes I understand if they leave it is one possible option they could do.) I'm...not sure what I did to imply anything similar to what you are saying but...sure, I guess.

Hopefully, they do what makes them happy. Whether staying in WWE or elsewhere. Nobody is bigger than the company so if someone will want to leave I will just let them leave and wish them the best.

If they do leave its a good time for them to go. Someone will offer them a boat load of money and even if AEW doesn't work out they're talented enough to get solid money from ROH or NJPW.

Frankly they got booked on the main roster exactly how I expected them to be.
But what I didn't expect was them to have the guts to quit. I hope they do it.

They didnt even get a chance to lose their popularity, they were still over as hell when they disappeared from the map

I am trying to put this into the right words, let’s see.. They are good workers, yes. But, that is literally all they got. That’s all they bring to the table. The only team of the modern era that was a super big deal that was just “two guys in trunks” were Anderson/Blanchard and they were two of the best talkers ever and were also paired with Bobby Herman at one point. Basically, it’s a loss and some wasted potential, but not THAT big of one.

If they never showed up in WWE again, I'm not sure I would even notice.
I'm not sure if that says more about me, them, or the booking but still.

I’m sure they are talented and had some great matches on NXT.
But on the main roster they are ridiculously bland and might as well be called the Basham Bros.

They’re wasted anyway.
Probably the best tag team in the company and they’re out here havin stupid 3 minute “comedy” matches against 3 luchadores. They should be tearing it up in 30’minute classics with The Usos and The New Day.
Or at least put them in a stable similar to the Horsemen. They’re perfect for it.
