Its been a really long time since I last tried them. In spire of myself, I’m kind of curios. Have they gotten any better?

Greatest thing ever when I lived in Cali and could only get them on trips to the Midwest. Now that I live out here, I don’t touch the place.

They're the same wonderful, awful, but still-wonderful-actually treats they've always been.

Aren't any around here, but I'll sometimes pick up a box of six frozen sliders at say Walgreens

They still taste so good going down and slip out easily coming out.

I'm not a health-conscious person, even though I should be and need to lose weight, but Whiteys are one of the things that I absolutely know are terrible for me but I just can't resist getting them once in a while. I LOVE the taste but the grease gets to me. My problem is that it takes so many to make a dent in any type of hunger.

My main memory is not liking them because I don’t like onions and as I recall they put onions on freaking everything. But perhaps the quality has improved in the last twenty years or so.

I love the CONCEPT they've got going, but man do they have quality issues at their restaurants. No joke, I've had better results making their boxed stuff at home that didn't turn into a soggy mess like I did each time I bought it from one of their places. Frustrating really, because I'd REALLY like a more mainstream place where I can buy slider burgers that don't take like the sole of a shoe without me having to make it myself.

They have lots of good stuff aside from their sliders. I tend to get a mix of stuff, like a slider, a chicken sandwich, whatever seasonal special they have, maybe chicken rings.

Down here we have Krystal burgers. Only 2 locations left in Louisiana though.
White Castle is also the name of a small pretty nasty town.

We got Krystals in town. Maybe once every 6 or so weeks I will have a cheat day and go grab a dozen burgers. It's 2 meals...And yea you pay for eating them for the next few days.
Had White Castle a few times when I was stationed in the NE. They are good but Krystals are much better.

They’re like a twice a year thing for me. There’s only so many times you can knowingly give yourself diarrhea.

I usually have the frozen foods if I feel up to it, because there aren't any around here (I live in California). I actually went to one in Vegas nearly two years ago. It was on the Strip, too. I wanted to try it and it's something I would do again if I am up to it. I even heard that one had opened on Fremont Street.

Live in Canada, so I don't think there's any near here... but I do see the frozen WC sliders at the supermarket. Has anyobe tried then and do they compare to the real ones?

They're still good but part of the experience is going to a location and having them. I'd suggest trying the frozen versions and seeing what you think, then judging whether or not you want to try the real thing on a trip. Keep in mind the frozen versions don't include the massive amounts of pickle and onion flavor left over from the grill at a physical store.

They're the same wonderful, awful, but still-wonderful-actually treats they've always been. Yeah pretty much this. They're the same as they ever were. I've described it as something that they're good enough to have like once every... 6 months or so. Just long enough to forget why you don't eat them more often
