I don’t like JBL.. but I loved him for doing that... it’s like watching every annoying character that was shoehorned into a franchise by a marketing committee taking a steel bin to the head.

While not on the level of most of what's been mentioned and on a card full of suck, Zack Ryder winning the IC title was nice. Genuine, unexpected wonderful moment. Ryder still has a lot to give.

Short moment backstage but being there live was one of louder reactions of the show.

At Mania 31, Sting's first-ever WWE match, his Japanese drum entrance, HHH's Terminator entrance, and DX and the nWo finally facing off.

Elizabeth rushing the ring and pulling sherry off of savage. And the rest of the segment is imo the greatest Wrestlemania moment of all time. I wonder what ever happened to that little guy with the jeannie hat that was crying with joy?

I came into this thread to post this, so you're not alone. It was objectively shit, but closure an enormous part of wrestling history and a great visual. In my original post how the f*** did autocorrect change Wrestlemania to that abomination? I laughed so hard at that typo for some reason. It was a genuine Wereetlemania moment!

The staredown between Rock and Hogan with all the flashbulbs going off in the crowd. Would have loved to have been there live in Toronto that night.

You could prob find a genuine moment at most, but clearly some are more epic than others. Here is a bash at the first ten:
WM1 - most of them are celebrity based, with Liberace, Ali and to a lesser extent Billy Martin doing their bit for the main event, and Mr T and Hogan standing tall at the end of the main event. Cyndi Lauper and Wendi Reichter coming out to Girls Just Wanna Have fun maybe also has a shout. One that feels more special now as well is Mean Gene singing the star spangled banner.
WM2 - The Fridge in the Battle Royal eliminating Studd, Andre standing tall and the Bulldogs winning the tag team championships.
WM3 - a lot of them here. Arerha Frankln singing America the Beautiful, even Vince just being in the ring to say “welcome to Wrestlemania 3”. Hogan and Andre stare down and the slam are the most obvious, but Steamboat v Savage stealing the show, Beefcake becoming the barber and Piper’s “retirement” are also options. Also loved the moment Danny Davis finally had to take his beating in the six man tag.
WM4 - Elizabeth on Randy’s shoulders with the belt, and earlier in the final when Elizabeth went back to get Hogan. Also Beefcake cutting Jimmy Hart’s hair, and Bobby Heenan in the dog suit being mauled by Matilda.
WM5 - pretty much all about the main event, and I thought other than when Hogan kicks out of the elbow, the moment where he touches his head and looks at his bloody hands.
WM6 - Hogan and Warrior stare down, plus the missed leg drop, plus Hogan passing Warrior the belt. Demolition threepeating in itself is a nice moment but the point were Andre gets caught in the ropes and you realise Haku has had it is nice, then Andre’s face turn at the end.
WM7 - the look on Savage’s face when Warrior kicks out of five elbow drops, and the Elizabeth and Savage reunion - especially when he won’t let her hold the ropes open for him and insists on opening them for her. Undertaker’s streak begins - which I suppose is only a moment in retrospect.
WM8 - as said when Fink says “once again WWF champion” when Savage wins, but Flair’s pre and post match interviews deserve a mention here too. Piper growing a conscience and deciding against hitting a bloody Bret with the bell, then the inventive finish (which has been copied many times since) or kicking off the turnbuckle into a pin whilst trapped in a sleeper. And Warrior’s surprise return at the end also was a huge moment, however it turned out in the end.
WM9 - Heenan on the camel backwards; two Doinks; and I suppose however unpopular Hogan coming out to win his fifth title. Not a stellar mania of moments.
WM10 - Owen getting his hand raised after a classic with Bret; Shawn splash off the ladder and brilliant way he struggled to free himself from the ropes during the finish; Bret being held aloft by his peers when he won the belt and Owen standing in the shadows.
