I just got done listening to his greatest hits for about the 100th time. This man is a f***ing genius. Superstition is in my top 5 songs of all time, Songs in the Key of Life is in my top 5 albums ever too. I know he did some pretty dire stuff later on in his career, but his stuff from the 60's and 70's is pretty much flawless. Anyone else a fan of this absolute legend?

Oh yeah. "Stay Gold" from the Outsiders is a really nice song. It makes me feel young again. Stay gold Pony Boy.

The clavinet/guitar playing the main pattern on "Superstition" is the finest single element in any recorded piece of music. Those two sounds coming togetehr to create that is perfectly executed and nothing else comes close.

Freaky. I've been listening to nothing but masterblaster all day. Which is the greatest 5 minutes in the history of music. It's pretty much required listening.

I'm named Steven, after him. Honest.
For a frame of reference, my middle names is James, in honor of Rick James.

I can't stop listening to "A Place in the Sun". It's one of his less played songs (certainly in the UK anyway) but right up there with his best.
