All claims brought forward by Vic have been dismissed. I wonder if any of his GoFundMe fans will ask for their money back.

All claims brought forward by Vic have been dismissed. Considering how badly his lawyer did, even disregarding the sheer bullhonkey of the suit, this ain't exactly a shocker.

Naturally people've still entirely convinced themselves he's going to appeal.

All claims brought forward by Vic have been dismissed. Genuinely not enough “Ha Ha”s in the world.

Just found some additional info that they all fell within being SLAPP suits, so therefore he's on the hook for paying all of the legal fees. Someone did a rough estimate on the math on that and it's probably going to be at least about half a million dollars. And that's not even getting into the sanctions which might run as high as a quarter million themselves.
This idiot basically bankrupted himself.
Edit: Looking around seems like the emerging new spin is, "Vic won in spirit because he exposed how shitty all these people are!"

Edit: Looking around seems like the emerging new spin is, "Vic won in spirit because he exposed how shitty all these people are!" Words fail me. He didn't win shit. Like you said, even if this was a supposed moral victory, that's gonna do nothing to help him with his finances. The man is finished.

His brand is toxic after this lawsuit as I can't see any studios wanting to work with him out of not wanting him to sue them if things fall apart or if he does the shitty things he's wont to do. And his convention appearances have dried up considerably, with him only getting appearances from a handful of the really seedy cons like HawaiiCon anymore. Granted, his convention appearances were already drying up a lot the past few years since him being a sexual predator and complete asshole was one of the worst kept secrets in the business.

Fandom runs f***ing deep for some reason For some of them they literally can’t separate the character from the actor meaning in their eyes he is Edward Elric and/or Broly, which when you combine that with how over the top and clingy a lot of people are towards Broly(even before his recent movie which actually made him a good character for the first time in history) means they were locked in to an insane degree. And that’s just accounting for his actual remaining fans. A quite substantial chunk of his “fans” nowadays are those MRA/GG/CG grifting CHUDs who will never miss an opportunity to harass women and will always stand up for those they perceive to be “brothers in arms”.

And too even make it more simpler. These are just people in general who will talk behind a keyboard but if it came time to call to action they wouldn't it. It easy to say stuff behind a computer but put your real name out there behind your feelings and you get a totally different response Like i'm not going to stop watching FMA Brotherhood because this dude is a dickhead. Did a damn good job as Ed and other voices but learn to separate people from their work. He is just a cog in a wheel and irrelevant because someone has already taken his place without these issues. Vic has put himself in this predicament, no one has conspired against him

Once Vic falls from grace completely, those guys will probably move on to some other horrific thing or person to latch on to like parasites.
