Whether you like him or not (and I don’t), I’m struggling to think of how they could have messed up EC3’s main roster run any more than they have so far.
He didn’t set NXT on fire, mostly due to there being just more talented people on the roster, but what the hell are they doing with him?
If I’ve never seen NXT or TNA, who the hell is this guy? Someone who either doesn’t or can’t talk and likes to strike stupid poses backstage. That’s it. That is what they have given him to get over with. Now put him in a useless, heatless semi-feud with a much more popular Dean Ambrose who is clearly out of f***s to give. That’s it, go make yourself famous, kid.
Like I said, I’m not a fan of the guy, but if I was I’d be pissed.

I just don't understand why they hired him. What do they think he brings to the table that half a dozen other, underused guys don't? Why would they push him instead of McIntyre, Ziggler, Zayn, Balor, Rusev, Nakamura etc?
It's the same with Lashley. They're probably paying him quite a bit of money to do... what? Hold the IC Title for a few weeks, and have forgettable matches that don't mean anything?
They hire these guys because they can, but it's a waste of everyone's time.

Not really that into him. Like, he's had moments of looking good, but I think he is the definition of a guy who works as a big fish in a small pond.
That said, I'd put him with Drake, given they have a history, anyway, AOP is one man down and the other could be a bodyguard, and I just like when a manager has more than one charge. Makes them feel a bit more legitimate. I don't think it'd make him super interesting still, but it'd be a step in the right direction.

EC3 isn't a bad performer. He can talk and is better off as a heel to allow the character's personality to show. So naturally, they make him a face and don't let him talk.

He was moved to the main roster because he has a physique Vince can salivate over.
He's not talking because Vince is only interested in his body.

I haven’t watched him in the wwe, but can he really be EC3 when you can’t explain why he has that name or that he was a trust fund baby?
In my opinion, EC3 was over in tna because a lot of the main eventers left the company so they had to push him. But in the wwe there are real stars and he doesn’t match up.

Honestly, I don’t know what the f*** they’re doing with EC3. He’s a good talker, passable in the ring, could be a solid fresh face in the IC/US title picture but they really don’t seem to know what to do with him. Not letting him talk is asinine. He feels DOA to me, although so does Lacey.

This is EC3. At his highest potential he’s a legit world champ contender but outside of his hot streak when he first came into TNA, this who he’s been for a few good years

He seems like a good enough talker, but I think he's a guy who'd benefit from having his own Zo Train-like stable. Give him Apollo Crews, Tony Nese and maybe another guy like Ariya Daivari or something.
