The filler/misuse of talent in this company is atrocious

We have never had, and probably never will again with the upcoming emergence of AEW, such a deep roster in the WWE.
And yet the continued misuse of this talent is just...awful.
Last night we had a pay per view, book ended by 2 Chamber matches. In between, we have...I can't even call it a glorified Raw, it was just an episode of Raw.
A tag match with Shane Mcmahon the main focus, an IC title which was more of an angle than a match, A Raw Womens title match which WAS just an angle (poor Ruby) and the Corbin & Pals beatdown of Braun. Again, an angle, not a match. Oh and we also had Lacey Evans doing her best impression of Abe Simpson walking into the Burlesque House.
I mean, what the hell is this shit? You create 16 PPVs a year, so for this one, just put the effort into the 2 Chamber matches, right? That's all anyone is tuning in to watch anyway, right? Just throw any old shit out there to increase the run time and justify yelling at your audience to SUBSCRIBE NOW AND GET BLAH BLAH BLERGH FREE THIS MONTH
What makes this period, more than any other in history, the most frustrating to be a wrestling fan is the absolute squandering of a talent pool so deep The Great Khali would be on his toes in the shallow end to stay above water. Stockpiling and hoarding of talent just so no where else can have them. This is gonna backfire soon on the WWE. Their greatest ever missed opportunity.
