I don't have a strong feeling on what matches I want to see. I don't really care what main events the show. I'm not going to be bothered by the order of the matches. Just, for the love of all that is holy, let's keep it at four hours this year.

Itโs the balance theyโve struggled with for so long... Featuring as many talents as possible vs giving them storylines and angles of substance vs giving it all enough time.

I'd argue it's already a five day event (and that's not even accounting for what every other company is doing in town).

I wouldnโt mind that, really. If they can keep it to two four hour cards and mix in the 205/NXT/UK guys for the undercards, it might be less exhausting.

Is there any known reason why WWE gave up using numbers for WMs? Officially known reasons? No. Scuttlebutt has always been Vince didn't want the event to sound "old" (which is apparently why they also dropped the "Grandaddy Of Them All" nickname). He's a nutcase. The numbers don't make it sound "old", they make it sound like it has history and lineage. They signify the long term success of his company, on the back of an idea he came up with. Honestly, the only match I expect to be invested in is Becky vs Ronda (vs Charlotte). Maybe Balor, if he gets someone more interesting to wrestle than Lashley, McIntyre or Ziggler. The Women's Tag Titles should be defended, and I'd like to see Sasha and Bayley against Mandy and Sonya. Also, I can't believe it's 2019 and people are taking about Shane McMahon having a match at Wrestlemania as though it's a given. All the actual wrestlers on the roster, and Vince still wants to put his offspring in coveted spots.

So letโs say this supposed Undertaker match is planned, we all know itโs now a glorified entrance followed by a brawl. So who does he have a match with?

Velveteen Dream shows up in a red leather jacket with zippers all over it and the Thriller dance breaks out. Everyone acts as if this is completely normal.

I wonder what Flo Rida song they're gonna pick for the theme this year.

I have this nagging feeling that it's going to be Bryan against Bray or Bryan/Bray/Kofi.

Braun/Balor/Dolph vs Drew/Lashley/Corbin is probably happening right?
I've got a feeling there will be a multi man match for the US title. Andrade, Rey, Joe, Mustafa (before his injury) etc.

I'd love to see a triple threat with Joe and Styles, and Joe would win. He's the most underutilized guy on the roster. Bryan in a slow build match with AJ or Joe would die a death on a seven-hour show, but in a faster paced three way, they could make something special. A triple threat with AJ, Bryan, and Joe would be good one face one heel one tweener
In an ideal world WrestleMania would go back to being a four hour show and having a one-hour pre show. 11 matches only with 2 being on the pre show. All other PPVs that aren't Mania should be 3 and have a 30 minute pre show and Mania would be the only 4 hour sho

Things are lining up perfectly to throw all the upper midcarders on RAW in an 8-man tag and avoid cluttering the card with a bunch of forgettable, throw away singles matches.
Balor, Strowman, Angle & Ambrose vs. Lashley, McIntyre, Corbin & Elias
Iโm hoping thatโs the direction they go with all these guys as no combination of matches with any of them excites me at all.

Agreed except Iโd give Balor an IC title singles match. Chuck them all into a ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship if we're going to go this route. Having it just be an instantly forgettable eight-man tag-team match will be all too reminiscent of the WrestleMania XXVII snoozer between The Corre against Kane, Big Show, Santino Marella, and Kofi Kingston. At least if it's a multi-man ladder match, it has the chance to be entertaining, like the previous IC Title matches at WrestleManias 31 or 32.

Agreed, although Smackdown seems to have the better roster for a midcard ladder match, with Ali, Rey, Andrade, Rusev, Nakamura, Truth, Kofi, Joe.
