Hey man whatever you got the energy for. I dunno how any of you there last night are even functioning today haha Lol barely functioning but I got you Pre Show We got there when The Revival was coming out. Dash got a big pop as expected when he entered the ring but Zack & Hawkins winning def got everyone happy Battle Royal - Quick and fast, Braun destroying everyone and winning was expected and everyone was happy Main Show Alexa Bliss is so damn pretty. Hulk coming out and getting the pop was big and like I said he's a racist but I did pop hearing that music Show starting off with Brock and Seth had everyone in a frenzy especially with the stomps and Seth winning was one of the big pops of the night. Seth swinging the title got the biggest pop
Randy/AJ was good but crowd wasn't all that interested. They were doing the RKO/AJ chant but then They tried to get a wave started in the nosebleeds and people kept killing it so don't know how that came across on TV The tag match was fun and short. The crowd was going crazy for Ricochet and Usos winning was still crowd pleasing Miz/Shane I missed the majority of but got back to my seat when they did the apron spot which was near my seat which was dope Womens tag match was somewhat the comedown for the crowd but the match itself was okay. IIconics winning def was the decision the crowd wanted and it delivered KOFI F***ING MANIA!!! The crowd was super hot through this whole show and I hope it showed during the broadcast. DB did not get one cheer from the crowd. The crowd was so hot and crazy that if Kofi lost it would have killed the crowd. Him winning had everyone jumping out their seat and a few people crying Samoa Joe. What else need to be said, he whooped his ass and kept it moving. Was a shock it was over so fast Roman/Drew - Just like Randy/AJ the crowd got a little distracted a bit. Was a bit of a Roman Reings/Roman sucks chant but never really got going. Roman winning got a pop but it wasn't nothing monstrous Cena/Elias - Elias doing the solo performance got a good pop and laugh at the crowd. Cena coming back as the Dr of Thuganomics had everyone off their feet and people loved it. Batista/HHH - Batista got a big pop and a WAHHHH!!! when he nearly bust his ass in the ring. Crowd was invested early when HHH was beating the shit out of Dave and an audible squeal when he pulled Dave fingers and nose ring out. Active but not crazy in the middle. Big pop for Flair and HHH superman sledgehammer
Kurt Angle got a big pop and Corbin got nothing. Even Corbin winning just got an audible groan but at least they let Kurt go out with the crowd but the crowd was starting to die a bit here and get the fatigue Finn/Lashley was there. The Demon got the hand waves but didn't feel like the pop was there and surprised he didn't really get any pyro. Finn won but that's about it Dance Break. We was too tired for that shit The Main Event. Big Boos for Charlotte and Ronda and massive pop for Becky. Crowd was invested into the spots and the girls moved quick fast. It was a shock to how Becky won because people expected the match to go a little longer and that spot wasn't built up at all. Either way when she won the crowd popped Overall fun show. Crowd only had little moments of low energy in the arena but was def tired out around the 9th or 10th match. The way they structured matches was perfect imo and I think this was one of the greatest experiences of a lifetime and the best Mania since 30. I have no complaints outside of Corbin winning
Oh yeah, the Kofi vs. Bryan match was insane just watching it on TV. I can't imagine what it must've been like in person. And it's good to read that the crowd were hot for Becky and into the women's match.

When he got the 3 the crowd jumped out their seats. Def the biggest feel good moment I have ever been apart of. Big E and Xavier deserve a lot of credit to because they kept the crowd invested throughout that whole match tho tho crowd was hard regardless

Belt already had Kofi's name on it. Come on WWE...did no one in the company think just a little They did. If Bryan had won he woulda just kept his belt. So if Kofi won, they planned ahead of time to have a new belt with his name already on it.

The happiest WM ever needed the video package at the end showing the highlights with the theme song playing. I miss those.

After Rollins/Lesnar, the opening match at WrestleMania should mean something; it should be coveted, seeing the crowd react to Seth was the perfect way to fire it up, then just stoke the fire until you want it to blaze again (with Kofi), and then let it simmer down, stoke it more, and reignite it all the way up for the main event (as happened with Becky).
You can say what you want but in terms of logic, everything was in its proper place. As for the matches themselves, that's another story.
Rollins was booked perfectly against Lesnar. It's like the fight against King Hippo in Punch Out where if you don't get the right spot, the bout will never end. The idea that Rollins did what no other superstar thought to do was genius. Given that most of Lesnar's opponents had some modicum of respect for him and felt they had to prove they could beat Lesnar at his own game, and then here comes Rollins, clearly at the disadvantage and throws all respect out the window, realizing the only way to slay the beast is to nail the weak spot as hard and fast as possible. Rollins and Lesnar itself was symbolic in its own way as Lesnar felt for himself how he made the WWE universe feel in a matter of minutes with Rollins reclaiming the torch and setting everything back to as normal as it can be for now.
I think I can say I'll remember this Mania always, not because each match brought the house down, but because of the moments that came from those matches.

Yeah, I think now that the women finally got to end it you won't be seeing any of us make a big deal out of the closer next year. This year it really meant something, but going forward the best spot is clearly the opener or where Kofi vs. Bryan was positioned (that is, if they still decide to keep WM this damn long)

For the record, I am still working on my WrestleMania Facts & Stats Column. But like dead people in the Hall of Fame, there's no rush. I have until April 5, 2020 before WrestleMania 36 to finish it.

Iβve read a few people say the crowd was hot for the most part. Is it just me that it doesnβt come across to as? I dunno if itβs because of the size of the crowd but genuinely felt muted for the most part
I watched it over 2 nights because f*** that noise and still was burned out at the end. I know they wonβt stop though which honestly has me wondering how out of control this is gonna get
Main event wasnβt all I hoped it would be but was decent. Genius idea having the Universal match go on first and how it was booked
Kofi winning brought a big smile to my face too
I will say, as much as I didnβt want to the whole Miz dad squaring up to Shane was hilarious
And Elias.....just too entertaining man
