Nearly 20 years after the first film became a cult classic and was enjoyable, the folks at Warner Bros. decided that a sequel needed to be made and to hell with promoting it, let's just dump it out on DVD. After watching it, yeah....you can see why it was unceremoniously dumped onto DVD as it is basically a film that apes the first film and just fails every time.

Terrible movie. I finally got around to seeing this a few years ago. It was so bad that I didn’t even bother watching the third one.

Yeah, I didn't watch it either. I might see it at some point, but I got so much to see.
