Chapman blows the save, and scary sight right now, with Cozart lying on the ground holding his head and in a lot of pain.
Cozart walked off under his own power.

Zack Wheeler has 2 RBI's and 9 K's in 4 innings. Throwing up to 100. Edit: HE HIT A HOME RUN! Make that 3 Ribbies.

Went to the Blue Jays game tonight on my last night in Toronto. Really enjoyed my time at the park. Really clean and great views. Just a real smooth experience.

Tigers best the Red Sox in both games of the doubleheader. I know it's only April but it might be time to hit the panic button in Boston. They should not be this terrible.

can they trade or send Greene down to the minors? He's been terrible since the tail end of 2017. Same shit different day.

Even Green knows he sucks right now, and yet despite hard hit after hard hit, Boone leaves him in there to serve up a grand slam and momentum to the Angels. I know the premium arms aren’t available tonight, but ffs, can you let Germán finish the 7th inning? And can you not have the guy with an 11+ ERA (Now 16+ ERA) pitch? It’s like Boone learned nothing from Sunday.

I miss Girardi and his robotic ass for the bullpen and staff usage because that's where he excelled at. It's the other shit he f***ed over

Oh they already hit the button when they jettisoned Blake Swihart out and brought Sale's binky Sandy Leon back. This is real frustrating. I mean they just swept Tampa. But any chance to build on that just went right out the window. They aren't this bad but they can't seem to put it together for any period of time. Either their starters fail or thier offense can't get get any hits or their bullpen craps itself. Sale continues to struggle and Evoaldi's out for at least 2 months. And Pedroia's career is over only he won't admit it. They've already called up their best hitting prospect in Michael Chavis and just called up their best pitching prospect in Darwinzon Hernandez. And it's way too early for any significant trades. The players themselves have to turn it around. The good news is they're getting strong performances from Price, JD and Moreland and Mookie looks like he's coming out of his funk. I still think the Sox will be in the playoff hunt this year. But they need to turn it around soon.

Yankees were losing 5-0 after 5 innings and came back to win 6-5 for their 6th-straight victory. That's the good news.
Bad news? Another Yankee going on the IL as Frazier is going on for his ankle.

You mean to tell me Christian Yelich hits home runs exclusively, and prized prospect who returned Yelich cannot hit a baseball?

Yo, Toronto? Excited for Vladdy Jr? Trying not to get my hopes too high up there. I've been hurt before... but damn if this isn't exciting!

Yo, Toronto? Excited for Vladdy Jr? Interesting fact I learned today, many expect Vlad to be the youngest Blue Jay ever to hit a home run. The current record holder at the age of 20 years and 77 days:

Going to have a second generation powerhouse if everything breaks right. Exciting stuff. — I was hoping he’d have gotten called up for the Giants series. Would have been the first games I watched all year.
