At this point, they've got to come up with an excuse to hang on a little longer.

I think it could've easily surpassed "Avatar" if an end credit scene revealed that it was Deadpool as Noobmaster69 that was tormenting Korg. People still want to watch it obviously. It's just releasing it again without any real goodies soured people a little.

I wish they would have filmed Cap taking the Stones back to their timelines and put it on the extras. Would have loved to see Cap and Red Skull face off again. "Steve Rogers....son of a bitch!" I just wanna see Cap whack Schmidt with Mjolnir. 🤷♂️

"Steve Rogers....son of a bitch!" I just wanna see Cap whack Schmidt with Mjolnir. 🤷♂️ I honestly think they saved all that on purpose. The Russos have said over and over now the phrase "There's a story there" when asked about Steve's reality-hopping. I think deep down they're saving it for a time when Chris Evans and the Russos are rested and ready to play in that world again.

It’s probably another false dawn on the record but Endgame made another $2.8m globally this past weekend so it’s about $7.8m away.

It had to limp there but whatever, I'll take it, just thrilled it happened.

Good, now watch when Avatar beats it in the re-release towards Avatar 2.

It had to limp there but whatever, I'll take it, just thrilled it happened. BoxOfficeMojo has Avatar in theaters from the week before Christmas 2009 all the way until the first week of August 2010. Endgame may have staggered to top it, but it also made all that money in a far shorter time-frame.

It’s weird to think that the highest grossing film in the history of the art form that is cinema is Avengers 4, the spin-off of a B-list superhero movie.

Thank goodness that Endgame beat out that boring ass Avatar. Avatar was visually stunning, but it was basically a hybrid of Pocahontas, Fern Gully, and Dances with Wolves.

The "rerelease" for End Game came while it was still playing in theaters.

Honestly I don't even really think it works as visual spectacle? Like, I dunno, maybe it's just me or maybe it's because I watched it at home, but while the special effects are very impressive, I don't at all like the movie's actual art design.

Good, now watch when Avatar beats it in the re-release towards Avatar 2. A lot of people will see it in theatres again to refresh their memories of what the hell even happened in that movie.

I found the vistas pretty but everything living to look obviously fake.
