Bray: Who's at the door? *looks* why it's my old friend Trucker Luke! *kids cheer* Hey kids wanna see a dead body... This stuff writes itself - have Harper be the mailman or milkman something - if your going to have him under contract use him

Also, the Rabbit from the show’s logo showed up tonight. Puppet or guy in a suit? Hand puppet named Ramblin' Rabbit. A shot at the criticisms of his old promos being rambling and unfocused, maybe? Also, he started slipping back into Old Bray near the end, at the "let me in" part, before immediately going back to his happy-go-lucky persona. Video here:

didn't Abby have a different voice last time? Yep. Her voice in the introduction vignette was clearly female, while this one was just Bray putting on an exaggerated Southern accent. Personally, I kinda think it helps the image of Bray being a children's show host if he's doing the voices himself, and/or if the puppets are just supposed to be aspects of his fractured psyche.

Bray doing the voices for the Funhouse puppets could be done really well if in the succeeding weeks, they sound increasingly more creepy and Bray-like, if you will.

They got me on one thing.
When they were doing the word of the day but, I thought they were going to take it in a Pee Wee’s playhouse direction with loud screaming and noises, which would cause Abby to attack Ramblin’ Rabbit because she just asked them to keep it down.

I'm interested in seeing what changes about Bray the wrestler with this new character, but I'd even be cool with him never wrestling again and this being a weekly 20 minute show on the network.

I think they need to tone it down with the spoopy sounds effects and let the creepiness speak for itself. Other than that, I think it's pretty good.

I'll also say.. I didn't like this week as much as last weeks...
it's not bad and again it's still better than the usual nonsense he does... but something about this week just didn't hit the same chord.

These are starting to get more creepy from the painting to the extra long stare after he said 'let me in'. Also the flowers on the tv stand stuck out to me. They are red tulips which symbolizes love, perfect love, undying love. Maybe undying love and devotion like what he is seeking from his fireflies? He could have used any flowers. That is great detail.
