I rarely comment here as my interest in wrestling is at an all time low these days, but these vignettes are so amazing, I had to just come here and see what was going on.

He has freedom right now but once he starts wrestling again...probably bye bye writing freedom. Bingo. He's getting creative freedom because he's doing skits. Had Ambrose's ideas mostly consisted of him doing cheaply-shot vignettes, Vince would have let him do that all day too.

I saw an interesting theory on YouTube. Bray had previously said that there were eight random lines in his promos from 2015, and tweeted the following a few days ago:
What makes you smile? I know you’re listening. Let me in! We don’t belong here. What happened to you was such a tragedy. Limbo is no place for a soul like yours. I believe I found the answer. The angel with the burnt wings is waving you on home.
There have been seven Firefly Fun House vignettes so far, and each of these lines could be the titles of the episodes. For example, episode six was the limbo episode. This would mean next week is the last episode, and we are going to meet the angel with burnt wings.

He still has yet to introduce a character that represents Axel Mulligan, too (unless that was what Ramblin' Rabbit is supposed to be).

I base this purely on the presence of a mask.

Apparently a character he played in FCW sometime in 2011. From what Google is showing me, he wore a hockey mask. Wikipedia says the gimmick never made television. So I think it might be a bit obscure to even include in this, but who knows? Also, doesn't it feel like some of these are airing out of order? I think the Limbo sketch and the Muscle Man Dance should have come before the introduction of The Fiend. I dunno, it's like Vince wanted a payoff before they earned it.

Though the limbo episode begins with Bray explaining the secret of the Fiend, so that would have to air after the Fiend introduction.

It just felt weird to have the reveal only three episodes in, then the next episode just be the extended theme song and more clips of the reveal. But you do make a solid point, so yeah lol

Finally got around to seeing this and holy shit, this week's episode was freaking amazing.
I actually clapped at Devil Vince.
These just keep getting better and better.
Screw wrestling, just make children's show vignette's full time.

I didn’t realize there was another character between Husky Harris and Hawaiian shirt Bray.

Whilst I agree that the only poor thing thus far is cutting away to the crowd, I do like the fact that you don't see the crowd, nudging each other, shitting on it or chatting through it. They are absorbed by it. This could be golden. I'm going to say now, I'll give it a few weeks as an in-ring thing and if in that time Vince has ruined it, I'm likely only interested in AEW, NXT and ICW

Haven't been watching Raw, but I decided to check out this week's Funhouse and I'm glad I did. The Muscleman Dance, Husky Harris reference, Devil Vince--terrific stuff.
I assumed when he brought out the clown mask that it was the beginning of the end, but this was probably the best one yet.

I don't even know how this would translate into the ring. I love it, but that's my concern.

I don't even know how this would translate into the ring. I love it, but that's my concern. Bray is a decent talent in the ring (in my none professional opinion at least). As long as they don’t do any projections on the ring, and maybe have Bray dominate some matches, this should carry over into the ring. I said early on they should do the Waylon Mercy thing. Still have his usual theme, but when the match starts he’s smiling, offering handshakes, appealing to the crowd. Then, at some point he will just snap and obliterate an opponent with 2 or 3 high impact moves finishing with Sister Abigail. After the bell, either have him smile again and move on, or maybe shake the opponents lifeless hand with his blank stare and end scene.
