Because these days, everyone wants to be in a Marvel film. Actually, it wasn't always like that and some veteran actors jumped on board right away. But now it's not unusual to see classic actors and actresses play roles in MCU films. For this discussion, I'm focusing on celebrities who were mostly famous prior to the mid-90s. I debated including Josh Brolin, but it didn't really seem like he hit it big until a decade ago even after Goonies. And I didn't include Robert Downey Jr. or anyone else who's had regular roles over the past decade.
So let us know which Hollywood legend did the best in the MCU.

Redford, Goldblum, Pfeiffer and Keaton all killed it in their roles.

This was really tough, but I voted Keaton, Pfeiffer, and Russell with my votes, but honestly, it'd be hard even with 6.

Went with Michael Douglas as Hank Pym. I didn’t like Keaton as Vulture. I see a Ben Kingsley type being a good Vulture.

Keaton wins.
Goldblum, Redford and Douglas close behind.
Honorable mention to Ben Kingsley. His take on Mandarin was totally menacing, and given a better script would have been a classic villain.
No bad performances from anyone on that list, as one would expect.

Ben Kingsley knocked it out of the park in both facets of his role as the Mandarin.

Ben Kingsley knocked it out of the park in both facets of his role as the Mandarin. You know, he really did pull of what they had him do very well. Practically two different characters. I just hated the twist, and that isn't on Kingsley.

I went with Russel, Douglas and Hopkins but ask me again in a few minutes I'd probably change my mind as pretty much everyone killed it. I didn't go for Keaton because well he was already ahead by a big margin for instance Goldblum was entertaining as hell but... he was playing Jeff Goldblum
