Spider-Man, Spider-Man Is now an old and decrepit man.
Why'd MJ die? Listen, bud; Pete has a radioactive pud!
Watch out, and don't f*** the Spider-Man!
Spider-Man: Reign is pretty weird, alright?

Kind of wondering if that's the direction they're going in given how Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse ended. Pretty dark take on the character that's for sure.

The baby and MJ died due to her Chernobyl-like womb edit: I wanna know who decided that Spiderman has radioactive cum. Like the story is depressing and sad and then that kinda drags everything right down

I imagine they are staying far and away from radioactive spider jizz, but Peter B. is tackling a few similar themes of being left alone and being a shadow of himself. Just, obviously not to that level of desperation yet, but that's perhaps where he could have ended up had things turned out differently. I would certainly hope the sequel wouldn't go there, though. Honestly, if anything, I'd expect Silk to probably show up in some capacity in the sequel.

As a Spidey writer, Kaare Andrews was a good cover artist.
