Damn. Dude was a monster in high school and at Ohio State, but he's put himself in some very stupid situations.

Sure is a shame that Lamar Jackson "depends on his legs". Not sure many other QBs beat the 49ers today with the way they played on defense. What a game. And thanks again Tucker for another GW kick.

The Eagles absolutely shit the bed today. Pederson needs to go. That's quite a fall, from getting a statue of you built outside of your home stadium to having fans calling for your job, in less than two years.

Green Bay were crap today and really only got so many points because New York fell apart in the fourth quarter

Green Bay were crap today and really only got so many points because New York fell apart in the fourth quarter I think some of that is because of the snow.... but ya we played horribly -- nothing at WR besides Adams, both lines need work, Rashad Gray appears to be a massive bust --- I didn't like that selection you don't take a boom or bust guy at #12 over all

Nick Foles appears to be a massive bust, just like everyone thought he'd be I mean, like every other AFC South team, the Jaguars have serious issues to address. We are talking about a division that could end with a three-way tie because none of them have the tools to pull away from the rest. Texans - Watson, Hopkins, and Fuller are all the real deal, but the offensive line is still a weakness despite putting so much into them. Their DBs are generally questionable, and a good running team can run over them. Since they won’t have any draft picks moving forward, they will have to overspend in free agency in order to improve. Titans - They lack depth in the backfield, but their real problem is the interior offensive line. They allow a ton of sacks (the Colts, who don’t get a lot of them, got 6 or 7 today). I also doubt Tannehill is actually a real long term solution, but they won’t be in a position to draft a franchise QB this offseason. Colts - Brissett has demonstrated exactly what he is - a really good backup QB. Maybe if he had a better batch of WRs he would be better, but Luck did better with the same youngsters catching passes from him (while also playing hurt like Brissett is). They also need better CB depth and better pass catchers. They do have draft picks and a ton of cap space (plus a GM who knows how to use them), so maybe they can fix most of those woes soon. Jaguars - Where to begin? They are going to have to trade away a bunch of older players because their cap situation is going to cost them good, young players. They need more tools of the offense (OL, WR, TE, etc). I don’t know if either Foles or Minschew is the answer at QB.

Nick Foles appears to be a massive bust, just like everyone thought he'd be Menshew might have been coming back down to Earth but he gave that team energy and they do not have that same energy without him Foles was in a great system but dude is a backup or a stopgap, not someone who you depend on all year around

Depends how far back they are Tua seems to be healing well and he is projected to be good as far as health but obviously teams are going to worry about the long term health I think 10-20 is an option for him if he is healthy enough but you aren't playing him at all in 2020. Chargers are an option because they can possibly run Rivers or someone else out there for a year. Same with Titans. Run Tannehill or someone out there for a year and Tua runs the show in 2021

Texans and Titans play each other in Weeks 15 AND 17. That Division is all to play for yet. I was well aware of that. I also wrote it before the Patriots crapped themselves on national TV, as I assumed the Texans would lose since incomplete teams like the Texans tend to lose to Belichick-coached teams. I figured that the Texans and Titans might tie at 9-7 each because I thought that the Titans could bulldoze over the Texans run D in both games they play. Now, even if they beat the Texans in both games that might not be enough to take the division.

I’m so bitter at Shanahan costing the Niners the two biggest games of the year. Even taking the L against the Ravens, they should not have lost the Seahawks game. Boneheaded coaching could very possibly cost the Niners the division, a bye, and home field advantage.

Serious question I've been wondering: Are the Green Bay Packers any good? May sound silly to even suggest since they are 9-3 and at least you could say their 3 losses were to 1 great team (49ers) and 2 inconsistent but talented teams (Eagles/Chargers) but somehow the team doesn't feel like a SB contender. Since their Week 8 win at Kansas City (where the Chiefs didn't have Patrick Mahomes btw.) Green Bay has lost 2 games and won 2 games, barely beating bad teams. CAN the Packers step up to any big time opponent come January? Because as of now they feel like and look like the worst 9-3 team of all time (or was that the 2005 Denver Broncos? )

They rely on the other team choking. Take yesterday. They should not have only had a four point lead on the Giants for most of the game. It was only when New York fell apart that they got some points and a lead that a 8-3 team should have had against a 2-9 team before halftime

This years AFC is the weirdest thing ever...
Best throwing QB in the league's been hurt and had 3 or 4 pretty sub-par games including 2 in a row that would grade out as below average by modern NFL standards.
The 1 seed has a QB who specializes in Tim Tebow style easy throws into open spaces created by his legs. The #2 seed has father time looking like Damon Huard out there.
The team with the 3rd best record has a QB who can't hit the broad side of a barn but if he did, he could throw the ball through it and somehow has a 9-3 team. The Texans are a lot like the Jekyll and Hyde Chiefs.
And somehow the !@#$ing STEELERS are in playoff position. With...nobody. And if they don't make it it's gonna be because Ryan Tannehill, who wasn't good enough for a team openly tanking, has taken the Titans back to relevance.
The 2019 AFC is as strange as any conference I can ever remember. There's truly no way of knowing where this is gonna go.
