There's a Decoding the Past coming on in like forty eight seconds about vampires if anyone was curious. I'mma gonna watch it.
I love me some History Channel. If they showed wrestling, PTI, football, baseball, and saved by the bell on there, I'd probably never leave it. But then that'd be the Slim network I spose.

I love it as well. They need to focus less on WWII though and do more social history and cultural studies programs.

A Slim network?
You could cut your own promos on that network, elbow-dropping your jacket and such.

I love the History Channel! It is because of that, that I know so much about history that I do.

I luvin' love the History Channel. It is my go to channel if nothing else is on. I love Modern Marvels, especially when the do the Engineering Disasters.
The Slim network? As long as it isn't SBTB: The New Class, I'd watch.

True Caribbean Pirates... Wild West Tech with BILL himself... And all the occult stuff they have... History Channel freakin' rules. Yep, and just like Squizz, it is my go to channel if nothing else is on. I don't care WHAT is on, it usually ends up being cool, AND teaches you something. My tv watching(what little of it) is like this: Discovery Channel History Channel Animal Planet Cartoon Network(for anime and Billy & Mandy) Sci-Fi Channel I ONLY watch FOX during the football season, and I watch CBS only for CSI and the other forensic shows. Yes, I am proud to say that 3 of the 5 channels I watch the most are LEARNING channels, but hey, they manage to mix learning with entertainment! I mean today, while all I watched on the History Channel was an episode of Decoding the Past, it was an episode about the Holy Grail, and it was awesome. Hell, I ESPECIALLY love it when they do those VERY long(more than an hour) specials, mainly the ones that they have to break into parts and show those each day, like the Knights Templar and the Crusades: The Crescent and the Cross. Also, Engineering an Empire is a badass show. Showing us how the Greeks, Romans, Myans, etc. made their empires and their famous buildings is awesome. I can't wait to see the upcoming episode about Leonardo Da Vinci's Renaissance world.

I like History Channel but it's really gone down the crapper in the last 1-3 years.

I really only like it in October when they show programs on vampires and werewolves and zombies and cannibals and the like.

The vampire show was actually pretty interesting considering I only caught the last 30mins. I love the network, I'm actually watching it right now.
