Who would you rather have? Luka by himself or the combo of Fox and Bagley? I鈥檇 go with Luka. The NBA is a superstar鈥檚 league, Luka鈥檚 pretty much already there while Fox and Bagley are both flawed potential All-Stars. Luka if i'm starting a team from zero At the very least, you get 7-8 years of time with a superstar and can build a team around him. However, in saying all that you still need two superstars and a good team to win in this league. Luka is great but he's not the end all be all Helluva start though.

Yeah, no doubt Luka is a star. But he'd be Beal with Wall if he was with Fox. Beal is SO much better without Wall. Both guys HAVE to have the ball in their hands to be most effective. Same with Paul and Harden.
Luka is clearly a better player than Bagley. But I can understand the idea of going for a crazy talented big man when you frontcourt is so trash that 8 minutes a night from Harry Giles gives you a semi on the reg. Lol.

I refuse to back off my take that HGIII is the most naturally skilled and has the best feel for the game of basketball on the Sacramento Kings. Those knees tho...

A guy who is III is definitely the best frontcourt player you have. That we can agree on.

Vlade will screw it up and draft an orthodontist. And sign Cousins. Between the broken glass bodies of the III鈥檚 and DMC maybe you can cobble together an unstoppable Frankenstein鈥檚 monster. HG鈥檚 feel, DMC鈥檚 size, Bag鈥檚 athleticism.

Lakers did not win tonight as the defending champions (without two of its star players) came to LA and smacked the Lakers back to Earth.

Wow, the Raptors without Lowry and Ibaka beat the Lakers on the road. Was not expecting to wake up to that.

Knicks laying out the groundwork to fire Fizdale apparently
I鈥檓 not even mad. He鈥檚 not a good coach, I admit to being way wrong about him

And honestly, doesn鈥檛 really help that Scott Perry cobbler together one of the stranger rosters I鈥檝e ever seen.

Knicks laying out the groundwork to fire Fizdale apparently I鈥檓 not even mad. He鈥檚 not a good coach, I admit to being way wrong about him That went south fast... weren鈥檛 people pretty high on Fizdale not that long ago? And honestly, doesn鈥檛 really help that Scott Perry cobbler together one of the stranger rosters I鈥檝e ever seen. Perry deserves a lot of blame too because this roster makes no damn sense with so many forwards but it is a team filled with Vets so in theory I can see the method in the madness especially when all the deals are essentially one year deals anyway But yeah the bloom off Fiz has fizzled fast. Just doesn't seem he has learned anything from the Memphis debacle. He's a good talker but he has no X's and O's. With all of these forwards he has 85% iso plays with Julius Randle always trying to take people off the dribble and either missing a shot or turning the ball over. He also rubbed people the wrong way with the way he's handled the young guys. Mitchell Robinson, the only pure Center on the team and a dude with high potential is only getting 20 mins a night. Some is his fault with foul troubles but that's why you make him stay out there and learn. On the flip side, he's got RJ Barrett playing 37 mins a night. While that isn't bad, he's leaving him in blow out games with 5 mins left and just making him run. It makes no sense, add on the stuff with Frank getting off and on mins as well and killing his confidence. Last year he ran Tim Hardaway Jr and Emmanuel Mudiay like they were stars despite both f***ing up a thousand times. Dennis Smith Jr is now the latest victim with his confidence super low and not looking like a guy with a future on this team despite his insane athletic talent. At the end of the day, with all these veterans on the team and him playing them major mins, they've gotten their ass handed to them way too much. If this was full of young guys it would be acceptable but after the Knicks struck out on Zion, top tier free agent talent, and now this you have people pissed. Fiz is a bit of a scapegoat but people are willing to give Perry a pass because he put the Knicks in position to not be hammered by salary cap restrictions for the next few years but his blame will come soon too Long rant over lol

Which is not wrong imo. Mark was too controlling and didn't let the players thrive in the way they are now he without question gave them the foundation for them to get to that point Mark obviously knows NY and the media, it is just a matter of if he learned from his mistakes in GS. Tho no matter the case it is time to put up or shut up. Stop living off people saying you should won a ring with GS and get back to showing you can be a decent coach. He interviewed with the Knicks before they hired Fiz so the door is open. Tho, a wrench could be thrown in things because for some reason Knicks think they can lure Masai out of Toronto and he can be the one to get Giannis in 2021
