Like I said, it was confirmed that Jon Bon Jovi died and as well as Sinbad. I just don't want to jump to any conclusions. I am hoping and praying that it's one of those mistaken stories and that no one is dead. Yeah, because every news station broke in to report those fake stories. It's real. It happened. This is painfully tragic.

I am sincerely hoping for the best. Please, don't ever insult me like that again.

We watched Kobe grow. Remember, he came into the NBA, at 18, at the end of the Jordan Era. He bridges 2-3 generations of pro basketball.

TMZ has it listed that he is survived by his wife and their four daughters.
So seems all his daughters are safe and were not onboard with him

I will say this is definitely not the kind of news that anyone was expecting. I absolutely hated the Lakers when they were led by Shaq and Kobe. A tragic day for sure.

People are obviously going to have a lot of conflicting feelings today and thatβs perfectly okay when a personβs legacy is as complicated as Kobeβs is.
By all accounts, he was fiercely devoted to his children and seemed committed to becoming a better person.
RIP.

Honest question, have they determined when the crash happened? It seems they identified his remains fairly quickly. I remember reading when Aaliyah and Paul Walker passed they could only be identified through dental records.
It doesn't feel real and I will fully admit that I am in denial still.

From a personal standpoint, I know that many will look at the mid 2000s and the sexual misconduct allegations, which in today's climate, mire an individual's character. Kobe was clearly the headliner for this year's Basketball Hall of Fame, too, since this was his first year of eligibility.

You were fighting back when people were telling you it was confirmed, that's the point Wasn't fighting back. Was simply stating that I wanted to wait and people attacked me. Plain and simple. All the more reason we need to more respectful and civil towards each other as tomorrow is promised to no one. On a tragic day such as this we shouldn't be at odds with each other at all.

God I hope his kids werenβt on the helicopter.

There is likely a record that Bryant was a passenger of that particularly helicopter flight.
Dental identification wasn't used to determine that Aliyah or Paul Walker died. In fact, people saw Walker in the car when it crashed. But those bodies were burnt beyond recognition and for the families to properly hold a funeral, they'd want the right person.

Letβs stop arguing about small details here. As has already been said, itβs not the time or place.
