Same here. I thought he was a good pick for coach. Of course, he wasn't helped out at all by Mills, Perry, and Dolan in terms of team construction.
It's even sadder that Mike Budenholzer wanted the Knicks job and they picked Fizdale over him. Bucks were his fallback option.
Mills and Perry are on the hot seat as well. This roster full of vets which was supposed to at least make the team competent is not even good Randle needs to get traded as soon as possible. Mills and Perry were stupid in how they did this. I know they want to keep cap space open but they should have been taking on trades and getitng picks. They could have taken the 2 year deal of Crabbe, one year deal of Parsons, Igoudala contract etc and got a good amount of 1st round picks to horde聽 Their new pipe dream is now they will get Masai from Toronto and Giannis in 2021聽 Wonder how Giannis will get along with LeBron, KD, and Kyrie in the Knicks lockerroom.....

Giannis putting it on Kawhi's Clippers. A nothing game to Kawhi, but you know Giannis sees him as the measuring stick now.

I have been trying to have to explain to people that the Clippers are playing the long game but yeah this is a few games where i'm not really feeling them taking the Kawhi "lazy" attitude The team doesn't play with a sense of urgency

Knew it looked bad once he went down like MegaMan 1 just dropping like a stone to the ground.
But just confirmed Rodney Hood suffered a torn achilles.

I have been trying to have to explain to people that the Clippers are playing the long game but yeah this is a few games where i'm not really feeling them taking the Kawhi "lazy" attitude The team doesn't play with a sense of urgency They've had some bad losses early on so far. At one point tonight, they were down 41 points. I don't care if you feel the game is meaningless and you're taking the night off, you should never ever be down 41 in a game. I get the feeling the Clippers have the attitude of "When the playoffs come around, we'll turn it on". That can work, but it can also really backfire badly. I saw the Shaq-Kobe Lakers develop that same attitude late in their run, especially in '02 and '03. It can work, but it's a dangerous game to play. I hate to compare them, but look at the Lakers right now. They are playing loose, playing well and just looking at them, you can tell they are having a blast on the floor. They are building a chemistry that is going to be hard to contend with. Plus, it's not like all their games are blow outs. They've had some tough down to the wire games and those games pay off down the line.

They've had some tough down to the wire games and those games pay off down the line. The problem I have with the Clippers is they are playing like they have won a championship already. This team is a little too comfortable just playing and saying well we can turn it on at any point. No team I can really remember has had this attitude in year one. GS didn't get like this until year 3. Meanwhile Lakers are playing like a team with purpose. They look free and loose and this could help them long term as their chemistry is building very well. I don't doubt Clippers could turn it up, but I feel taking on the "Kawhi attitude" is wrong from a full team standpoint. Kawhi made it work last year and he turns up in the playoffs but the team itself needs to be on everynight

Cool. Dallas is 16-6 now. My popcorn is ready for tomorrow, and I鈥檓 straight up cheering for Luka to drop his career game on the Kings as they get blown off the Dallas floor.

This is what the Clippers signed up for with they got Kawhi a guy who only cares about the playoffs and it resonates down to the whole Clipper team....it worked for The Raptors so it can work for us.
Not taking into account the Raptors were in the east and won by beating a Warriors team that may as well have been in a bodycast but yet every analyst and fan knows if they had even just Klay healthy for the series let alone KD Warriors would have won the finals.
I am lookin forward to the christmas day game...we gonna not only gonna punch'em in the mouth we gonna run'em over in that car Kobe "jumped" over that one time lol
