Curious to see what makes other people's list. I am not talking about stuff that makes you wince because it looks phony or just sloppy, but more along the lines of legit worried about somebody getting hurt.
Steiner Screwdriver - Nobody else but prime Steiner could pull this off, but even then, a miracle no one ever wound up in traction.
Border Toss - Hernandez's old TNA finisher is like he watched Mike Awesome's running powerbomb and thought, "f***, I bet I can make that way more dangerous dawg."
Top rope double stomp - Whether it's Balor, Low Ki, or Tajiri, this is obviously pulled off safely 99% of the time but I'd be scared as shit to lay there waiting on some dude to drive his feet into my chest and not kill me.
Big E's Spear Out of the Ring: Again, props to him for never hurting anyone or himself, but certainly looks scary as hell with a number of ways to go wrong.

Diving headbutt. Never want to see the move again.

Vertebreaker, heck, any piledriver or head drop variant where you're not in a position to see your opponent and control their descent.
German Suplexes. Spamming them the way they were during the attitude era likely shaved decades from the careers/health of wrestlers.
Canadian Destroyer. A regular piledriver is dangerous enough without the flip. The fact it seems to be performed by people who shouldn't be performing most of the time makes it even worse.

Diving headbutt because.. well, you all know.
Border Toss was some janky bullshit and it's a miracle Hernandez never injured anyone doing it.
Also not a fan of unprotected chair shots, or really anything needlessly risky involving the head.

Border Toss, as has been mentioned before. And I'll be happy if I never see another flying headbutt again.
And knowing how much it ended up messing her neck and back, I cringe if I happen to see an old Nikki Bella match and she's using her Rack Attack.

I know safety wasn't always the biggest priority in WWE, but the Shaker Heights Spike just always struck me as not allowing the recipient protect themselves enough: Shaker Heights SpikeAnd that's if you know how to take the bump; heaven help you if you don't: {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}

Just about anything on the apron which, by the way, is the hardest part of the ring.

For one that isn't about the safety, I hate when people try to do pinning reversal chain wrestling if they aren't able to do it remotely fast. Watching someone slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwly take a backslide pin just makes me wish I was watching most anything else.

On this note, people who try to do Johnny Saint style grappling without understanding it looks horrendous. Looking at you Colt Cabana and indeed most of the current NXT UK guys.

Any deathmatch stuff involving glass or light tubes. That stuff could get in your eyes, it could cut a major blood vessel, just no. No to all of it.

Literally anything where one of the wrestlers involved in the move looks like they're about to land right on their head. That's basically my "jump scare".

That toss suplex/flapjack that Moxley has started doing. Looks like it could easily go wrong.

Darby Allin’s Coffin Drop is the big current one for me.
Ricochet’s 630 is terrifying, he always looks like he’s going to spike himself before the last rotation.
I also cringe whenever anyone uses a cross face or diving headbutt now, for obvious reasons.

Vertebreaker always made me cringe, a close second being a brainbuster. Seriously, unless you are Eddie, I don't want to see you even attempt it.

Leg drops from the top rope, they look like they are terrible for your spine.
Everytime I see Ricochet do his 630 I always find myself saying "that looks so dangerous"
Add me to the camp that doesn't like diving headbutts. Especially when Daniel used to do them, I was like "dude stop."
Knowing what would eventually happen to him, I have a difficult time watching Misawa's matches.
As for non safety related moves, I always thought the Canadian Destroyer looked stupid. And I just absolutely despise moves that involve no selling. Whoever came up with the whole "top rope superplex, rollover and do another move" sequence should have just, stopped. I see Seth Rollins do it, and I just think it looks so indy and lame. Like remember that semi popular gif of that indy show where one guy superplexes his opponent, and I think his opponent immediately pops up and suplexes him over the ropes? Just lame

The Ganso Bomb. I remember thinking it looked cool in video games, but seeing it done in real life, it looks like it could cripple someone.
The same could be said about the Burning Hammer.

Hiromu's D Driver that he started using before he got injured. Really dangerous, no way for the guy taking it to protect himself because of the double overhook.
