Spidey Super Stories on Electric Company was where I first happened upon the wall crawler; before comics, cartoons, video games etc, this was My Spider-man.
And as ya may know, one of Morgan Freeman's first roles was a cast member on Electric Company playing such characters as Easy Reader.
None of these stories where deep at all of course, but just fun for kids and honestly that costume looks pretty great for the time. Spidey was way more mysterious too--no Peter Parker, hell not even any dialogue.

one of my favorite parts of this is Spider-verse made this Spider-man canon. Speaking of canon, the Spidey talking about his encounter with the one performing show-tunes was intended to be the one from Renew Your Vows, only Marvel forgot all about this story and, in the sequel to Spider-Verse (Spidergeddon) they established the RYV Spidey was never involved in the battle with the Inheritors.

I thought the show tunes one was the oen from Turn off the Dark. The terrible Broadway show.

Yeah I figured Broadway was Turn Off The Dark.
Only somewhat related, going through my storage shed earlier I pulled out my letter from Steve Ditko to put in a better place. Ain't like there are gonna be more of those.
